I bought some boot here almost 8 months ago and live in Washington. Unfortunately, when I got home I realized they were 2 different sizes. When I came back through I took a long shot that they’d be able to help me and much to my surprise their customer service was exceptional. I still had the UPC on the boots and they found my purchase right away and were able to put the money back into my card. I wasn’t able to find boots this time, but I will definitely be back every time I come through because this place knows how to take care of it’s customers!

This place was right off the interstate and easy to get in and out of. The gas station part was well-stocked and the bathrooms clean. The added gift shop/store was really awesome to find and the shirts really nice instead of cheapy roadside shirts. I will definitely be returning to this store again when passing through. Thanks for being awesome!

Great place for most horse feeds

My visit was just about quitting time so perhaps my experience was odd. I purchased fuel. The window washing water was clean and the squeegee was in good shape. When I entered the store a woman was mopping on the right side. The doors were both open. The bathroom was disgusting. During this time of Covid-19 I think we are all more aware. The middle stall was full and the stall I used had no tp. When I left I saw no one as I planned to report the mess but the woman was probably headed that way.

Great place! They have a good variety of feeds & things are usually in stock. They also have a nice variety of tack, including English tack. One of the few places in town that carries English. Their clothing dept. is great too. One of my favorite places!

About the only thing I do here is buy fuel. Dont even go inside

The store is decent and the service is friendly. The gas prices are fair and we stop here regularly. However, the womens restroom stalls are the smallest stalls that Ive ever encountered. My knees almost hit the door while seated and I am not a tall person.

I go here a few times a week, gas prices are always more than the average but the selection of products in the store is amazing. The staff is always great and its convenient.

Do not get non ethonal fuel here. I was a loyal customer but it has damaged my weed whip, chainsaw, two fuel pumps in vehicles, and I am now pulling my injectors out of my motorcycle due to this. What woke me up to it was I bought a new lawn mower. I has this new auto choke feature (the shop mechanic) explained. I would not run, just purged and purged. I returned it and got an other, same thing. Thats when I took it in and they suggested non ethonal fuel. It hit me like a freight train, everything I was having problems with I was running that non ethonal in. I got a fresh batch of non ethonal from an other station and it was like the miracle cure on my property. Weed whip ran, chainsaw and mower were like brand new again. Too late for my motorcycle, injectors are varnished severely. It is not just a bad batch either this had been going on for years. I have tried to talk to someone about it twice and was just shrugged of to the distributer. Beware of their fuel. Sometimes they have the best price for Carhartt pants otherwise I avoid.

Found what I was looking for after 4 stores later.

Fun shopping and great souvenirs like the Windrift Hill goats milk soap is the greatest. Also try the refreshing Montana water in a blue bottle.

Approximately a year ago, I purchased two $100 prepaid Visa cards from Mountain West Co-Op. I brought the cards home and tried to register them for on-line use. One of the cards had not been activated by the store clerk at Mountain West Co-Op. I returned to the store but the employees there for the evening shift had never been taught how to activate these cards. The clerks working the next morning assured me, after checking the card, that the card had been activated and that I was the one making a mistake.My husband and I moved an hour away shortly after. Between the two of us, we made seven trips to this store trying to get the card activated or refunded. Every time we went, even though store employees acknowledged they had made a mistake, we were jerked around by Mountain West. Although we spent MORE in fuel costs driving to the store than the prepaid Visa was worth, the issue was never resolved.I think the most infuriating thing re: this situation is the fact that we made purchases at this store on a daily basis for eighteen months prior to this...never spending less than $250 a week at this place.If I could give them a negative rating, Id do it happily.

Fails at its main purpose - fuel. Havent seen $75 credit card cut-offs in 10 years! As usual, oblivious staff members state its your credit card companys rules. Pretty annoying! More annoying, left card inside to have staff release the pump for fill up. Still cuts us off / clerk must have tried to run the card inside / didnt understand the issue. The extra 20 minutes to fill up really hurts us long haulers!
