The girls here are so lovely and take care of all my needs. Compared to other shops in town, they are not pushy or make things awkward for me as a customer. I will be returning due to one gal in particular, I think her name was Jordan. She was very helpful and kind, and even suggested one of my favorite lubricants. Very knowledgable!

If I lived closer to this store it would be my main adult store in Missoula, the staff are friendly and helpful, and they have a selection of products available that I cant seem to find at the other shops in town. What products they do share seem to be more reasonably priced (Though some products are expensive no matter where you go), and my experience here has overall been pretty great. It can be hard to find places to buy these kinds of things as a queer person in Montana where you dont feel out of place. But in the very least, the staff on shift when I was here never once made me uncomfortable.

The cashier willow was extremely helpful and kind. Definitely made my experience a good one❤️

Word of advice, dont tell people that they cant have bags in the store right when they walk in. I had a small bag on my shoulder and the lady at the counter didnt even say hi or greeted me to the store but instantly told me that I cant have a bag in the store. I get that its store policy but when they say that right off the bat as you walk in it makes you feel like a theft just because other people have stolen stuff, it doesnt make for a good shopping experience and people wont come back if they are treated like thevies. The saddest part was that it was our anniversary and we wanted to get something special but since we were treated so poorly it but a damper on the night.

Choose Adam and Eve over Fantasy ALL DAY here in Missoula! I walked into this store around 2:30 or so today September 11th. There were 3 women working. One was helping a gentleman. I could just tell by the way she was talking with him (bubbly, friendly and downright knowledgeable) this would be the right store for me. I started looking around. The second woman asked me if I need help and I stated I would but I needed a minute to look first she replied great let me know when youre ready Then left me to shop. I felt relief that I wouldnt be pressured in anyway! Then I started looking around and I saw the first knowledgeable woman ring the gentleman up. She then started quizing the woman who asked me if I needed help about various products in the store! Seriously? These people train their employees and care about what they are telling customers, this is so uncommon anymore. Breath of fresh air!! The third woman who ended up being the one to help me, since the other two were training, was so helpful! I went to try on my outfit and she picked out several things in my size she thought would be cute with what I got. I had already picked some things out but she went the extra mile and found something that looked even better! She also helped me find all of the right colors. I realized I forgot something and decided to go to Fantasy (garbage) the woman in there was so rude to me when I went in there, Ive been going there for years. Never again after today! So I went back to Adam and Eve. All 3 of the women working were so sorry about what happen at Fantasy and they hooked me up with a punch card and more customer service! Good job to you three girls, you all deserve raises!!! I never review anything but I am appalled by the way I was treated at Fantasy and these women turned my whole day around❤

Staff was very rude to my friend, made unnecessary comments on her body type. we did not ask any questions but the staff would not stop following us around and telling my friend what she would or wouldnt fit into. very uncomfortable experience, Ive never been personally insulted by store clerk like we were at adam and eve.

Thought this was a toy store my grand kids hated except the older one he was enjoying the lady. Never knew that Harry Potter wands vibrate. Staff was upright and refused to model.

Adam and Eves online presence is deplorable. Nothing is ever in stock and when you contact customer service they send you free gifts that never arrive and when they dont the online customer service reps let you know that the offer that you were promised and screenshotted was not actually what you were promised. Your money would literally be better spent anywhere else.

Visited with my partner a few days ago... we were greeted into the store but when looked up to ask for help both employees were on their phones behind the counter..... I could tell we weren’t the only ones who needed help.All of their lubricant and oil testers were grimy, it felt like they had never been wiped down.The employees also were totally fine with talking about other customers with people in the store... I now know personal details about someone I know.I’d rather drive to Couer d Alene or Spokane if it means my confidentiality

They have so many options on toys and lubricants its hard to go any where else. Vast selection of lingerie, xs-4x. Affordable prices. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. love love love that place.

Purchased a product that I found on Amazon for $100 less only 10 minutes after leaving the store. I was informed that we purchase our products from Amazon and thats why it was double the price. I was given no compensation or refund. I will never shop at another Adam and eve location again.The employees were very friendly but it does not make up for the terrible policy.

The whole staff was awkward and didnt act like i was welcome in the store at all. Barely got a hows it going? Out of them then the employees stared at me the whole time i was there. The local adult shop downtown is WAY better. Nice friendly older lady made me feel comfortable and welcome unlike adam and eve did.

Great variety of toys. The employees were very helpful directing me to what I was looking for and also showing me some new toys I might be interested in. Very nice!

Great place to visit for personal or couples. However, their prices are far above what you could get online, and is unfortunately limited as well.
