Really Good Store, but really bad personal… No come back to this Store
They have always been super helpful to me. My daughter loves to color and try new things. I dont even wear makeup so I really appreciate all the help they give her. I would drive extra time to have these girls help and knowledge
The manager of this store is the absolute worst. I walk in she was on her cell phone and never hung up! The AC was out it was hot inside the location so I guess that’s her reason for being extra rude. Then they charge you 15 cent for a bag!
I don’t even use google and I made gmail account just for this store… the “customer service” I got from their manager lady I believe her name was horrible she couldn’t help me at all I guess because it was to hot in the store and all she did was point. and this isn’t the first time definitely will drive a further distance now for future sally products.
I go here all the time. The girl that works there in the mornings is always sweet. Great customer service.
States they have curbside service and to call them to place my order. I have called them countless times prior to coming to the store. And now that im here the signs say they have curbside and Ive been sitting here over 30 minutes calling and they are not answering at all. It rings and then eventually hangs up because, its been ringing so long. This is the worse Sallys Beauty Supply Ive ever been too. They have poor customer service! Dont come to this location go to any other location but this one.
Awesome staff every time I walk in the door they greet me with smiles first time coloring my hair they provided me with everything I need it
The manager at the Missouri City location is amazing, always giving her customers compliments and shes also very helpful. I have never had any problems with the staff here keep up the good work!
I hate hate hate this place, I will not recommend to any one to go spend your money or time .. the girl over there was super rude asked a question she never came back ... I asked a question again she didnt care to leave her spot and come help me at all she was ok face time and had head phone in her ears the entire time was rude to my girlfriend I didnt wanted to help at all also happend to be she was the manager over there sallys need to hire better staff
I walked to sallys after leaving target. More than 6 feet away I asked the worker if they certain product. She said yes I went to to car for curbside service call. The call dropped 5 times, I told the worker, she was servicing another. The young lady act like did not want service me she had a bad attitude. I was the only car outside and she stated that lot people store only had one line. I finally got though and tells me that the store doesnt have product, over the phone stated that the young lady (light skinned )black said they had it. Then she hung up in my face. What has happen to customer service? She could went back the store, told me let her look. She failed. I not return.
Employees so helpful I love the keracare hair care line that she recommended for me to try will definitely shop here again in the future
Terrible customer service from manager and girl named amare! Took forever to answer phone. Finally answered and Asked for two productsgave the girl named Amare the product number and she charged me!Then I find out she charged me for the wrong products!! She tried blaming me for giving her the wrong product number when I had read it to her 3 times! She went inside to check to see if she had the product I originally asked for and didnt come back to confirm! Just left us! Manager was there all along and never stepped up to help and do anything. Manager finally decided to talk and was rude as well! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Placing an order for curb side pick up such a hassle.. GEEEESH! How hard can it actually be for an associate to take an order by phone, process a ccd payment and allow pick up!
I come here often and I’ve never been treated so badly.When I walk in the door I’m always greeted, this time I said good morning and I got nothing. I got what I needed as I had to hear about the associates personal life, something I didn’t care to hear about at 9:30am. As I checked out one sat on her ass doing nothing, the other that rung me up didn’t even ask if I was a member these two young African-American ladies continued their conversation. It’s very rude and unprofessional, I really hope management reads the comments and action is taken accordingly.

Great customer service!!! Loved it there. When I went in the girl said Hello to me. I did see some customers come in on there phone and the girl say Hello but the customer was rude and didnt say hello back. So sometimes we dont hears them say hello. But I would go back to visit...
Staff Bad actitud, they never asked me if I needed help like in the post oak store, they never restock shelf almost empty.
They didnt even have bags to put our items in. We had to carry everything in hand. All the money we spend there they should always have bags available. Bad part on management. Also they are Never fully stocked. Even in mid day they are still stocking shelves. Im switching locations.
One of the many Sallys Ive been to, majority of the time they have what I need. The staff acknowledges me even though Im constantly on the phone other than that no problem...

Asking questions is useless. One sales associate clearly did not want to work today. She half answers a question and went to the back to continue her phone conversation. I asked the other about a product and she replied, we dont have that here. No suggestions, nothing. She did say hello when I came into the store, and goodbye when I left empty handed. Just sad.

We asked an employer if they had some product we were looking for and she was to fat and lazy to go back and check and i asked her if any other sallys had the product and she said she didnt know
