Im my efforts to help keep the roadway of I90 clear of debris...i contributed by picking up a nasty sheet metal type screw with my truck tire while hauling a 36ft camper. I phoned ahead to try and secure an appointment. I was informed that they do not take appointments. Ill admit i was then nervous as we were traveling with 2 other families all with nice healthy tires full of air...I got to the shop and they were happy to take my tire. I visited the corn palace only a few blocks away for just under an hour.When i returned the tire was finished. The crew was friendly and very helpful. I was so thankful i wanted to buy them a case of busch light!I cannot thank them enough. Prices were extremely reasonable. Please visit them if you also participate in the Keep I90 clear of metallic debris program. Thank you TMA!!!

If you call to make an appointment and they say that you dont need one, just to stop by.....insist that you schedule a time, especially if youre coming from out of town. Pretty much wasted 2 hours of traveling only for them to tell me that I need an appointment lmao. After telling them that I called the previous day, they said theyd do a quick check on my car - service tech ended up saying he didnt want to lift my car up because he was worried the tire would fall off. Took it to another shop that lifted the car with no problems and said to me it was completely strange that they wouldnt lift it...got what I needed to get fixed & then some without a problem.I also had an alignment done here previously - they didnt bother to center the steering wheel. It was shifted wayyy to the left. Called the next day to see if they would adjust it only to be told that it didnt matter if it was centered or not.Wont be coming back here.

We were traveling on the interstate when we noticed a tire leak. We were going to be passing Mitchell and I called multiple places and explained our situation. We had two children and a dog and had another 5 hours to drive so waiting for a long time wasnt ideal. They said they totally understood and got us in immediately! Everyone was so nice and they even let our big dog hang out in their office. Prices were great and they worked fast. Highly recommend!!

Not only will they make your vehicle WORSE than when you brought it in, but they will come into your place of business and harass you about your vehicle. These guys tried to scam me out of 1000 dollars and the damage they did to my vehicle has caused it to be in another shop for over a month now. I SHOULD HAVE SUED THEM. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Excellent customer service, little confusion on cheek in and check out but that had nothing to do with them it was mostly me and the fact it was a fleet truck for work.

TMA always does a great job; gets us in quickly and takes care of us! Also very courteous staff!

Nice guy. Came and looked at my tire, couldnt fix it because he was full but still appreciate.

Brought it in 4 weeks ago, thought we were making progress on our truck. Took it for a test drive because it was so much better.... could barely get the truck into first. Didnt idle. Died twice in the middle of the road. It was worse than when we brought it in. Dont go here. Ive heard nothing but bad things about this place and I should have listened to everyone around me.

The folks and service at TMA are top notch! On a busy Saturday I brought in a flat tire with a sidewall puncture and they were able to patch it up! I was so glad! Thanks guys!

Super experience. Great orientation to make good decisions. Worked on my truck ASAP even though they were busy. Went the extra mile and made it safe without charging extra. Nice to find a place like them in this day and age.

These guys saved my vacation! My Harley broke an air shock and I couldnt find one anywhere. They helped repair the broken shock for nothing and got us on the road. What a great shop, America needs more people like this. I wish I could remember the 2 guys names that helped, but thank you very much.

TMA tires & repairs in Mitchell is THE PLACE if you have trouble with your RV. Our windshield wipers quit on the highway and they took a look at it first thing in the morning. Shane Walz is a true mechanic who actually fixes what’s broken and doesn’t just order parts. Maybe we can clone him and take him back to our hometown. Excellent service needed tires after a blowout on our trailer, took care of us right away, very friendly too. They were recommended by Pauls Towing that came and changed our tire on the highway, I would also highly recommend him.

UPDATE - MINUS 2 STARS!!!Since my initial glowing review, I discovered a disturbing issue that greatly diminishes my opinion of TMAs service. In short, TMA mounted the new tires on the axle and returned the spare back to its original location on the bumper mount. Thats a good thing.Once home, however, I noticed the spare tire was loose. Then I discovered that mounting bolt was stripped. I could not tighten it, nor could I remove it.Sure - it is only a bolt. I managed to break it off and I can replace it for a few dollars. The point is I purchased new tires to ensure I would not get caught without a spare. TMAs carelessness voided my effort by making my spare inaccessible given the tools I had on the road.In other words, if I felt comfortable taking the risk of driving another 700 miles on questionable tires without a spare - I would have saved my money for a better deal.Original Review:My RV camper threw a tread while driving through SD. I had 700 miles to go so I opted to purchase a new pair of tires. TMA had the tires in stock and made my job a priority. I was on the road within 30 minutes.Fair Deal - Great service!Thanks.
