Krohmer Plumbing is exactly what a business should be. Accommodating and professional. You give them a call, they come, no excuses, no whining, they get the job done. I wish every business in SD was half as good as these guys are. They should hold a seminar on how to accommodate customers, the front desk person is perfect, as well.

I needed a new water heater and called Krohmer plumbing for the job, they were out the very next day and installed it. Their installer was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. He did a great job of installing the water heater and also cleaned everything up. Took the old water heater with him and the job was done. They do great work.

Requested a patch for a very small drip in easily accessed pvc pipe, plumber split pipe by installing a trap instead, took 3 days for carpet to dry! Also charged for work NOT DONE. Talked to office twice about this fiasco. No adjustments were made. Krohmer has lost a long term customer. Will never use them again!

Go to krohmer Plumbing if youd like them to install a brand new water heater without telling you when all yours needed was a $20 part, and then send you a $900 bill for it. Then threaten you when you go in to talk to them about it.and no thats not true. You guys were supposed to contact me. Because I knew you crooks would try and pull some shady stuff like that. and sure enough. Pulled a fast one while I was working. Then threaten to get me fired...? When that had nothing to do with anything. Most unprofessional business I have ever encountered hands down.

Had some basic kitchen/dishwasher needs, and the service was speedy and reasonable. They improved upon the existing structure at the same time, and gave good suggestions for future ideas. The service technician was also great at explaining it all!

Workers were very professional. They showed up at the appointed time and did more than expected. All of our experiences with Krohmer Plumbing have been excellent. We highly recommend them.
