Salesman sold warrant coverage under false pretense. Refuse to honor warranties on all items. Took advantage of tornado victims for sales. Several items began to fall apart within first 18 months remainder there after. Not very good quality.Super disappointed. Mitchell, SD location!

I paid for four rooms of furniture, almost $10,000 and I am not satisfied. The salesperson rushed us through the store and wouldnt let me pick out what I wanted. The living room furniture was a special order but I didnt want fabric. I wasnt able to pick out the coffee table or end tables. I was only shown one kitchen table. I tried to buy My pillows and I was told that Mike Lindell doesnt sell them anymore. No one has tried to make this right.

I went to Slumberland to see if they had extra wheels for a bed frame that were lost in our move to Mitchell. The assistant manager went out of her way to get a box of extra parts to see if any matched that I could keep. She found the match. She also helped me with a table that was the size that would fit perfectly & matched the colors of our kitchen and tile. I greatly appreciate the time and care she gave me. Looking forward to returning for other needs we have for our home in which we recently moved. Thank you, Slumberland!

The Mitchell Slumberland was excellent. Very helpful. We had been at the Sioux Falls store and were ignored. So from our experiences Mitchell is the best, and will return there when we need anything else.

Kyle Purintun was our sales person and was the best. I have moved to a new home and he took the measurements I provided and only showed me pieces that would compliment my smaller home. He then took the time to help me find corresponding fabrics so I had a pleasing harmony of color. He explained how things worked and gVe me options that I wasnt aware of. Great guy, knowledgeable of his product and never rushed my choices.

Not pushy, just friendly and helpful. Only furniture store in town that honored their masks required sign on the door. Being diabetic and high risk, I appreciated the store taking customer safety seriously.

My internet order was sent to the wrong store, then cancelled and ordered to the correct store. I was concerned about being double charged, but the staff was great at handling my concerns and keeping me informed.

Our sales associate was GREAT! Bought a new bed for a great price. Only complaint would be they didnt know an actual date we would get the bed!

We were able to find a nice bed in our price range with the assistance of a helpful and knowledgeable salesperson.

There was only one employee working. But when he was able to help us. He was quick at getting the bed we asked about ordered right away.

Went in looking for a mattress. Kyle, the Store Manager, was absolutely great, genuine, very personable and knowledgeable about different brands. The store had a huge selection of different mattresses, plus couches, bedroom furniture, etc. Great delivery options, especially for someone who doesn’t live in Mitchell. Will definitely be going back for my other furniture needs!

Went in with expectations of them not having what we were looking for, being not really related to slumberlands general market. My wife and I promptly greated and asked if we needed help. We tookm them up on it and we were showed stuff that we described. Jason (salesman) showed us couple items. Then he showed us other inventory they had. Which he showed exactly what we were looking for. Even better it came with a price i was very content with. This thr second time i done business with Slumberland and i cant complain at all.

This is an expensive store. We bought a bed frame for around 250 dollars, the cheapest they had. They said it would take a couple of days to arrive and asked if I would need it delivered. They wanted $100 to deliver a bedframe only 10 miles. I declined and said Id pick it up myself. They called a couple of days later to let me know it was in. I went to pick it up with a truck I had to borrow. They didnt have all the pieces, so I had to come back a few days later when the other parts came. When I finally got all the pieces and opened them, the footboard had some pretty bad marring on it. Now a couple months later and the center support rod is starting to twist and not support the middle of the bed. Not worth the money.

I found the style of chair I was looking for, great price, and friendly salesman who loaded it into our car.

Just went in today to purchased a dresser and it was backordered so now have to wait
