Unbelievable, Im buyer from Minnesota. We bought our vehicle from them for commercial use on March 1st and we asked them if they can take out tax so we can just come back register the title ourselves but they said they can’t because of their policy. I understand but pretty sure they could reconsider it. 4 weeks went by and We still haven’t received my license plate yet and when my partner called the dealer back and they said they would look into it. That’s when they asked us for the DOT number. They should’ve asked us for that the first week after we bought the vehicle. After that We called the other party that they hired for registration and that’s then we found out the application was finished and send to MN DMV on the 19th of April. It took them 7 weeks to finish the application for registration. I am not sure when We will receive the license plate. It would’ve take us 1-2 weeks to finish the application for registration. We have to pay $900 a month for the vehicle. Where do I find the money if We can’t work. The job is waiting for us but the license plate is holding us back. We are very sorry and stress.
