Sabrina did an amazing job with helping me get my new account setup when switching from Verizon. Changed phone number and brand new phone which she made simple and easy to understand the activation process. Bri was absolutely fantastic, I dropped my old iPhone and the screen wouldn’t come on at all and I was afraid I had lost all my stuff..... bri was somehow able to recover everything!!!!

Laulima did a very good job helping me and my fiancé get our phones set up and she does a very good job at her job

Went in to have contacts and photos transferred from old phone to new one and Laulima lost all my contacts. Not impressed at all.

Bri from the Mitchell store was awesome! She took care of my 89 year old mom which made my mom happy. She fixed her phone issues and was very easy to work with! She deserve kudos☺️

Very clean! When I walked in I was greeted right away. Sabrina was very friendly, she helped me transfer to a new phone. It was fast and easy, and I will gladly be going to her for any of my phone needs. All around a great store!

Pretty good people!Cat stepped on my phone screen with his nails out and punctured a hole in my stock screen protector so I had some replacement come in from Amazon and the gentleman there gladly helped me put a new one on and did a better job then I usually do and didnt even charge me for the service.They even had the tool you needed to take my phone case apart as I had forgotten mine.
