What kind of business charges people to fix their computer, replaced ALL the parts, and still doesnt fix it?? Seriously, if youre gunna charge thousands of dollars to fix something, maybe you should make sure that product actually works. Businesses like you get taken to court! I cant believe that you charged my mother thousands of dollars to fix a computer and its still fricking broke with the same issue! and you dont bother to give her credit, return her money, guarantee her parts for longer since youve had the computer for longer than 30 days! Customer is 99.9% always right. Maybe you should rethink your business etiquette because you guys seriously SUCK!
