Experiences I’m sure vary, But here’s mine.———————————-Lady was polite when the company actually answered the phone. She seemed to have ALOT of things to do and places to be, Which as a business owner I can understand. However, When it came to technical questions about products, She answered I think without truly knowing, Or seemed confused about the questions I presented, and was positive that what I was doing would work or require minor trimming to fit. Which can cost some of us ALOT OF MONEY if you are uncertain. It’s hard to tell how something will fit unless you have it in your hand. This is what happened in my case when stuff wasn’t working or lining up. Thinking of the money that was spent made me extremely angry. If you want a plug and play deal, Then stick with everything on your bike made by them with minor adjustments. If you wanna use a different rear end and side covers with their tank shrouds, Then be prepared to do some work or shell out some big money. It’s been a few months and still the shrouds just sit on the tank taped on, because the seat I was using with their other shrouds should have worked according to the lady I spoke with via email. Plus I’ve gotta do some glassing to the tank where it meets the side covers. It wasn’t a plug and play deal with minor trimming. On another note, you have to customize or have a seat made to fit with the tank shrouds, Which can be VERY pricey. Before ordering I’d check with an upholstery shop and paint & bodyshop to get a quote. I’d be into this tank, dash, gas cap and custom seat about $2500 - $2750 if I had to hire out all the work including the glassing. It would be nice if a Yaffe seat would work, But from what I understand they have to be modified extensively also to work with these shrouds, Which sucks because I loved the comfort of my Danny Gray 2up Weekday seat.
