They took the time to get me back on the road when my clutch failed. They dont have a service department but their passion for motorcycles and customer service demonstrated to me why they are a great company. Skilled, passionate, caring describes EVERYONE that I encountered there. The owner, Brian, has left me in awe, he went above and beyond anything you could expect. Bike fixed in less than 24 hours. Wonderful experience!!

I purchased a fender from Klock Werks and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. The craftsmanship is top notch. The fender is heavy duty and sturdy. Everything is smooth hardly any sanding prep needed! The OEM holes are all in the right spot. The recessed license plate is super clean and customizable. Trimming the license plate to fit was probably the hardest part. I also ended up wrapping my bike in vinyl and the fact that the fender is pre painted with rust prevention made it easy to prep. Would recommend these fenders to anyone looking, worth every penny!

Stopped in early.on a Friday morning for a quick visit, received a tour from Makel and purchased some cleaning product for my KW windshield. Their 6.5 Flare windshield, Ergo Up bars and Navigation bag make my Ultra Classic very comfortable to ride long distances.

I have never actually been to there shop but I was fortunate to meet Brian Klock on the side of the road out in the middle of Nevada heading to Utah where I got a flat tire about 200 miles from anything. without question the man and his family stopped and unloaded a Yamaha he just happened to have in the bed of his truck, loaded up my bike, let me ride the Yamaha all the way to Salt Lake City Utah were he booked rooms for us all. Oh and on our way there he took me and my dad to see the Bonneville Salt Flats. that next morning we headed over to the closes H-D dealer and I was able to get my bike fixed (finally got to use that wheel and tire coverage lol!) he and his family asked nothing in return and made what could have been a long day into a memorable one. Great people, and great costumer service, I had a Klock werks windshield prior to meeting him and never knew that it came with such good roadside assistance. I cant thank them enough.

Outstanding customer service and tech support! I just exchanged a few emails with Gene Slater to verify fitment of a particular Klock Werks part on a CVO model. I received polite and knowledgeable replies within minutes! Thanks for the great service Gene!

Was riding through on the way to Sturgis, broke down near them, gave them a call, they came out, loaded my bike in their trailer, took it back to their shop, fixed the bike and didnt charge me a $.01Grrat people, thanks and Be Blessed!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Brian (the owner) overheard me talking about a problem I was having with another product and called the owner of that company to help me resolve it. I have their windshield and fender on my bike and love them both.

These guys saved me a lot of pain and heartache! I was traveling from Central Iowa to Rapid City, we stayed the night in Mitchell and found my passenger floorboard was loose the next morning and was unsafe for my passenger. I went to walmart, autozone, advanced auto parts, and menards trying to figure a way to fix my bike but wasnt able to. I was told about this place by a menards employee and at 815am during their morning meeting a sales manager met me when I pulled up and got their lead mechanic (HUGE SHOUT OUT TO JEN!) to help me and she found a more major issue. After heat, a press, putting on, then taking off then drilling out the problem she got it fixed and probably better than factory! They helped in such a pinch Im so glad they were there to help someone in need!They might have hinted at their custom windshields and dang they look sharp! Looking into one for sure!

Just picked up a flare windscreen from the factory guys in Sturgis. Great crew of people that wanted my purchase to be perfect.

Little more than a cocky bunch. Went in asking for a variation of an existing product and they just didnt even want to make an effort. Not very cutting edge, if you ask me.
