Admiral has repaired many of our vehicles in the past. We needed extensive work and the service technicians kept us abreast of all the work that was needed and what work could wait. We were satisfied with the interaction with the staff and our suburban runs a lot better than when we dropped it off.

Came to get a headlight bulb installed without an appointment on a very busy day for the shop. The associate initially invited me to come back in 30 minutes. She then checked with the technician and accommodated me on the spot. I have used the Bowie location too and they do the same as well. It’s important when employees have the foresight to see that there are some task that take 3 to 4 hours and some 15 to 30 minutes and then make adjustments when possible... thanks

We had a check oil light come on while traveling. We have always liked Goodyear for car service so we stopped here. We were do pleased. Great customer service and fixed the problem quickly. We were back on the road with confidence.

Mr. Tony and his technicians provided good and timely service for my vehicle Tire. The service that was being provided was clearly explained and priced. I waited for the vehicle while it was being serviced and that was probably the downside of my visit. The waiting room is not very comfortable, you can barely see the television its so small, there is minimal seating and there are no restaurants for public use (at least none that I can tell). I would go back again for service even if I had to leave my vehicle and come back to pick it up once service was completed.

Got four new tires on my 2012 Honda fit recently. I stayed with the car and it took a little over an hour on a Thursday morning. They did the job right and were courteous and charged a fair price. The waiting room was what youd expect so drop off might be worth it if possible. Would definitely go back for tires in the future.

I came in to repair a flat tire and the technician took me within a few minutes. The wait time to repair the tire was minimal. Both the sales technician and repairman were friendly and courteous. I would definitely return again to Admiral Tire whenever the need arises.

I would highly recommended admiral tire. My car started overheating about a mile from their shop and I called and they had me bring it on over, diagnosed the problem, and immediately fixed my car all in the same day. They even stayed 30 minutes past close to get me back on the road. Very friendly guys, great work!

All personnel, gentleman at the counter and mechanics, were courteous and efficient. Vehicle brake problem was properly diagnosed. Because it was Christmas Eve day and an hour before closing they offered to order my required parts so that they could begin working immediately when I brought it back day after Christmas. They welcomed me back even though I arrived several minutes before posted Open hours. They immediately brought my car in and fixed it in half the time I had expected! Outstanding conscientious people who treated me well and do great work! I wish I lived in Bowie (we were visiting for the holidays) so that I could always bring my cars in for maintenance and tires!Terry Druffel

Very unprofessional!!!I had a brake issue, a grinding noise which I notified the mechanic and I left the car for two days. After picking it up, I still heard the sound, called them back that I would bring it back on Monday considering I picked the car on a Saturday. Only to return the car on Monday and was notified that they fixed the rear brake and not the front brake. They charged another $2000+ saying the car is a BMW, after I had paid over a thousand dollars. To make it worse he didn’t care or even accept that why you had a car for two days without checking all brakes. He went on to state if I couldn’t go according to the terms, I should pick the car. I did pick the car but I believe in karma, he will definitely lose more than I did. what goes around comes around.

My car had alarm for flat tire on one of tire. I took them and they told me there is big hole in tire and need new one. This is big Jeep tire and my husband did not believe them. Took to dealership and find out there was no problem of tire. It was problem of sensor. Last year my son missed flight because we took him by mini van that oil was added by them. Oil was overflow and smoke came out on the way to airport. We spent $300 to clean up and find out that where you add oil part was also broken. I am done with them.

I called in to get a quote for one of my vehicles and they had a fair price and when I had my vehicle towed there they were very prompt they gave me a call to let me know what was going on with my vehicle and when they were done they called me to let me know that my vehicle was fixed and ready and they also gave me more knowledge of other things that may need to be done in the near future

They do good work. Point-blank bottom line. Ive taken my vehicles to this place for a few years now. I have not had any problems. I took one vehicle to SEARS close by for a Starter which somehow they screwed up. I took it to Admiral and they got it right. The latest problem with my vehicle was a cracked radiator which they were able to replace pretty quickly. Im not sure how other reviewers gave them low stars because theyve fixed my vehicles both domestic and foreign correctly.

June 2018: Great shop! Ive visited several times for maintenance and repairs on my 2008 Saturn Vue XR. I bought my vehicle new in June 2008, and, as of June 2018, Ive got just under 225,000 miles on it. My Saturn vehicle has had its issues during my 10 years of ownership. You name it, Ive had replace the part (cam position sensors, water pump, oxygen sensor, etc). Yes, its probably time for me to consider a new vehicle but, for now, I can count on Admiral Tire & Auto Centers to keep my Saturn vehicle operational.

Excellent repair work, but customer service could use some improvement. Overall very pleased with the results, though.

I told the lady at the front desk what my main concern was and that I would like that addressed before anything else. When I received the call that my vehicle was ready and I asked how much it was I was told $110. When I arrived at the shop the price I was told was $170. I found out that they had did an oil change that I did not ask for and made me pay for it. Very unprofessional and will not be returning here.

Unfortunately, I have had multiple issues since purchasing tires here. The latest was today when I took my car in due to a slow leak. The guy rolled in my tire to show me three nails in different places. I felt relived because at least I knew the problem was found. He told me, this tire has to be repaired. As he walked away, I heard him murmur that he didnt know if he had that tire. I wait, feeling better that the issue is being resolved. I am called to check out and am handed my keys and wheel lock and am told I am all set. I ask about the deductible for the tire because I have insurance and am told they repaired the tire. I said, I was told the tire had to be replaced but now youre telling me you repaired it. District manager was there and said the guy misinformed me. I went back and forth with both of them about this to no avail. I asked for the owner of the franchise info only to find out its the father of the district manager. Rotten experience after an already exhausting day. I never write reviews, but I felt I needed to write this one.

Absolutely horrible. Worst experience with a tire shop Ive ever had, and thats really saying something.I showed up 15 minutes early for my 5 oclock appointment for an alignment just so they knew I wasnt ditching on it. They told me itd be another 15 minutes after 5 to get it in on the lift, to which I had no problem with, totally understandable. Well, come after 6 they finally got around to pulling my car around to the lift, a whole 45 minutes later than they told me. Even this wouldnt have bothered me too much, but then they left my car on the lift for another entire hour, then came back into the hot and uncomfortable waiting room to casually tell me that they didnt have the right equipment to align my car.During that second hour I got so hot in the lobby with the sun beating through the windows that I went outside and walked around the building for some shade and saw several of the shops mechanics standing around in the lot smoking cigarettes and talking. They carried on like that on and off for the entire hour my car was on the lift, which is probably why it took them all that time to realize that they didnt even have the tools necessary for the job.To make the matter even worse, they offered no apology and no sympathy, couldnt recommend me anywhere else to go or anything.I will never go back to this place, I cant remember a time Ive ever been so frustrated with any business.

This place is THE WORST. I have tried to give them another shot time and time again and keep getting burned. Recently changed the lighbulb on my truck but they could not get the light to come back on. Once I took to the Cadillac dealership, they informed me they did not put my bumper on right and allowed water to get into the light. Now I have to change out the whole thing which is now over $1k. I have another horror story. One time they kept my truck for over a month for a check engine light. On two separate occasions, they had me pay for something...something they messed up on and the issue was never resolved 30days later. I took it to the Cadillac dealership and they fixed the issue in a day.I know your thinking, why do you keep going back. Well the headlight issue they put in the light so when i had problems I felt obligated to go back so I wouldnt occur an extra cost. When I took it to the dealership, they mentioned whoever put back on my bumper did not know what they were doing. I have other stories but tired of typing.The bottom line is never go here. They do have a new manager so I will give them the benefit of the doubt but the fact my bumper was not put back on correctly and they could not even address what my issue was makes me think he doesnt know what hes doing either.

Henry got me in over the lunch hour, diagnosed my issues, expertly explained the options, provided up front pricing choices, and got me on my way in less than 2 hours. That is about as good as it gets!

Small waiting area with little to do or read so I suggest you have someone pick you up or drop your car off. A little pricey but thats this areas auto businesses.
