I had a wonderful experience with the associate at the store. The store was clean and well stocked. I would definitely return to this store and this associate for my future purchases!

Long story short. When I arrive in the store my order was not ready. I received an email reminder that it was ready with the store address. She had no explanation. She stated she didnt see the order, but found my name in the system. It didnt add up to me. I didnt feel she was apologetic at all. She offered to prepare the paint. I felt like she wanted me to say no. I am in your store to pick up my paint of course you need to get it ready. I felt this was not a good customer service example at all.

My husband and I had a smooth experience purchasing paint for our new home. Nicole was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about what we needed. She was very attentive and made excellent suggestions based on her experience. I would highly recommend anyone to shop here for your painting needs.

Worst experience ever, more than three bad experiences in less than 4 daysDidn’t go somewhere else cause this the closest store in a 10 mi radio.Emily didn’t wear uniform and i heard when she said she wishes not to be busy on that day since she went to a party last night and didn’t rest well.4th and last time I’m coming to this store.

I was treated very well at the Sherwin-Williams store in Mitchellville, MD. The sales staff was very professional and knowledgeable about their products. They were also very and helpful to me in making selections without being pushy. I felt welcomed and never rushed into making any purchases. Sean, the young man who helped me on Sunday was really great and the young lady who helped me the day before was also a great help. I would shop here again for all my painting jobs.

The store Manager at this location is amazing. She has the best customer service and got my exact color match based on a small picture! She is the reason you now have a lifetime customer.

Not a great selection of equipment as compared to other Sherwin Williams. No 18 roller pans, frames and other items I went in search of. The one girl working when I went was friendly and helpful, bit she needed help when 4 others showed up.
