I just made a call and we did paperwork on the phone. I have just had surgery on my spine and needed a recliner that did all the work. Within 2 hours the chair was delivered and is working great for me. Thank you for making this happen so quickly and effortlessly.

Rent one in Moberly is the best! Our fridge quit while we were on vacation. I called at 830 and by 12 I was on my way home with a fridge! Very helpful, fast and friendly. This is our third purchase with Tyler and Rachel. They are fantastic. Highly recommend!

If I could give this company negative stars, I would in a heart beat. Every one that works there is absolutely heartless. Around the time our bill came due on our washer and dryer we had some very hard personal issues and my husband and I both lost our jobs. We tried to set up a repayment plan and they refused. They told us to come in and said that we would talk about our options. When we went in they demanded the full RETAIL balance due, the monthly payment due or they could come pick everything up. When I told them our situation they said that us losing our daughter during pregnancy and losing our jobs had absolutely nothing to do with our ability to pay. Seriously? It took them three attempts to get the washer and dryer. The first appointment we had set in the afternoon. They never showed. Second appointment in the morning, NEVER SHOWED. The day after I called them and told them they needed to be at my home at 9:00 a.m. to get everything. They showed up, did not ask to come in just walked right in the front door, helped themselves to the basement and loaded everything up. They are VERY LUCKY I did not file a police report for breaking and entering. We went in again today to try and get a sofa because ours is very worn out. They told us in front of at least 5 other customers that they can not help us because we were too difficult to work with. I wish I had never done business with them and will now be referring any one I encounter else where. Congrats on being total @$$ hats.
