Well, after being lied to by Brigitte at 9:21 A.M. about my insurance not being added to my file by 10:30 A.M., and sitting in line for 25 minutes, just to be told I needed to circle around to the back behind 5 cars because nobody had contacted my insurance, was a hassle. I had even shown up an hour later than she said it wouldve been done, just to give them extra time . I was unsuccessful doing a simple pickup for medication I needed, and then became too nauseous to sit there any longer. Around 3:30 P.M., I called in about the meds that shouldve been processed hours ago, only to be hung up on TWICE by Chris and another lady. This was after being on hold for over 45 minutes!! The entire experience was horrible and a waste of a day. Eventually after hours of poor customer service I was able to get my medication. Walmart, Hills or Sams would have been easier by far!

Employees need to get on the same page. You get a different story from each employee. Told items will be ready and then theyre not. Frustrating

The pharmacy honors on line coupons for medications. Not all local places will do that. Their prices are competitive and the staff is friendly

Its in a good spot its easy to get in and out of the parking lot. The cashier was very nice

I have used this pharmacy several times and each time I have had a bad vibe from the pharmacy staff as if they simply do not want to be there. The one with the tattoos/jewelry is rude with her coworkers and simply ignores folks waiting in the line. Waiting for a single prescription self-paying should be a 10-15 minute process but often times leads to a 45 to 60 minutes ordeal. The pharmacists often times lack the knowledge to tell me when a prescription will be in stock. I have since transferred my prescriptions out to other locations while driving through moberly on my way to work in macon

Outstanding customer service. Prescription drugs are always available for pickup under an hour.
