Friendly people beautiful place really nice cars but they do need to fix their parking lot

I was able to drop my truck off for its oil change early and they got it in early and they called me and told me it was done. Couldnt ask for anything more.

Its ok they kind of give off a im better than you vibe

Excellent service

We were on our way to Maryville, MO to tour Northwest University when our fuel line came loose and was dragging on the highway. We ran out of gas and coasted into the dealership. The service personnel pushed the car into a bay and immediately determined the issue and which parts needed to be order. Since the car was not drive able, the team help us secure a car and we were able to get there on time. The Thomas Motor team was great. Thank you very much for taking care of us.

Didnt get my ride!!

Had my vehicle towed on a Tuesday. They took a look at it on a Friday. We had to continously call to get updates for the next 2 weeks. Was very unhappy with their lack of communication.

Over priced vehicles. The sales rep said he didnt care what any book said its only opinions. Well, the world runs off of stats and figures. I dont think this dealership is meant for makkng their own prices. Dont bother stopping!! Even with over priced vehicles, if youre going to talk the talk, walk the walk and place some good warranties with the used vehicles if you feel as if your vehicles are above average.

Overpriced trucks and horrible sales manager. The older salesman helping me was very nice and helpful, but the sales manager came out and told me if I wanted my mechanic to look at it, I was going to have to bring him with me. He said to bring my husband with me too, which is almost impossible with the hours we both keep. Will not ever go back there!

You can always be treated fair at Thomas Motors. Both when purchasing a vehicle or their services work.

This place looks like a glorified flea market -- sloppy, disorganized, hard to maneuver. They also need to borrow a camera so they can take and post pictures of their in-stock cars on their website, rather than relying on stock photos. This is lazy, sloppy, and customer-unfriendly. Speaking of customer-unfriendly, it might be nice if somebody would act as though you are alive and attend to you when you are there. Nobody likes pushy, overbearing salespeople, but offering to unlock the cars for you might be a nice gesture. Come on, GM. You can do better than this.

Absolutely lazy people. They also only give black book value or better known as auction house wholesale for your trade. Also their used vehicles have made up prices. When I asked them how they figure out values for their vehicles, they could not give me a direct answer. I have spoken with all of their sales staff and manager. I even recorded the conversations. They are extremely rude and try to hide problems with their used inventory. I am a GM certified technition with 15 years experiance in the automotive field and in my professional opinion, this is the worst dealership I have EVER been to. If you have any self respect you will take a drive to anywhere USA for a better deal. Please avoid this stealership!
