Nice little store that is close to home. Prices are really overboard on some items though. Staff is friendly and helpful and my favorite thing is the sushi set up they have!

Meh. I mean it’s a local grocery store. Typically the associates are pretty friendly and helpful. Other reviewers are right in that the prices are higher. Reason for only two stars today is that there was but one or two cashiers (which is normal here) but mainly that their produce section was completely bare! Over half the shelves just completely empty. Usually stocked well though just frustrated had to do without some things this trip.

The employees were very kind and courteous as well as helpful in assisting me in finding items that I couldnt locate.

Todays visit was 5 star! I was asked by more than one associate if I was finding everything...kudos on the excellent customer service!

We love shopping here we can generally always find what we need at a good price and we like the small town friendly feel. Staff is great and helpful and the store looks nice.

This is one best grocery stores I have been to. Super clean, shelves neat and easy to find products. The people that work there are friendly and like being there.

It is always fun shopping here, I get things I cant get at Aldies or DG. I NEVER shop at that one place that starts with a W. I will gladly pay a little extra, Im single person so I can for go a few extra dollars.

I used the pickup service today. I ordered on line and setup a time and I was meet in the parking lot with my groceries. I was very pleased with the service. I had ordered produce and was wary of having someone else pick it out. But the items I got were top choice. Very happy with the outcome. I would recommend this service to others who may need some help in getting those vital items.

Tried the new order on line and pick up at the store. Worked perfectly. Ready when they said it would be. Sharon brought it out. Extremely nice lady!! Asked if she did our shopping. Yes she did. Tried to give her a tip, but she declined saying it was her job. Tried again at the end of loading, but she smiled and said to give it to a waitress since theyve been out of work. Outstanding!!

Love going here! They almost always have what I need and they dont have the crowds Walmart does. They are always running really good deals too.

Can get checked out fairly fast

Great deals all the time, otherwise a hair more pricey than walmart. Just look for the yellow tags on the shelf. Has all the hard to find and ethnic food and a great fresh food selection.

Bratchers has been going down hill for the past several years. Used to be higher quality products. Seems their focus is on off-brand items. Deli is definitely overpriced. Fruit is never fully ripe. Wish we had another local grocer.

Excellent choices and variety. I love the local products. Especially the BBQ sauces. Meat is the best in town. Produce too. I worked there for many years and the quality has not changed. Service is pretty good too. The call extra cashiers when it starts to back up so the lines run smooth. Worth the extra $$ but you can save with the ad too!

Visiting from out of town and glad to find a nice grocery store that isnt WalMart. 😂

Amazing Sushi!

My wife used to work there but they got rid of her because she didnt fit in with the new management click. I havent been there in over 7 years, the fact that its still in business shows theres little to no justice in this world.

When I first moved to Moberly I wasnt really impressed with Bratchers. Now especially after this year Im ready impressed with the service and dedication of all the employees and those running the show.

Nice Hometown Store

It has that hometown feeling every time I shop there as well as some really good sales.

It is the only store in Moberly Missouri where I could find corn, I need to make a corn hair tea and here I found fresh and rich corn.

I have been shopping here for years, I go in today and as I was checking out I was greeted with the worst attitude from my cashier, and she was standing there with one of her friends cussing up a storm. I had my children with me and I do not appreciate them hearing this language from one of the bratchers market team members. I hope they get this fixed so I don’t have to shop at Walmart!! I believe her name was Shay, maybe shayanne I’m not positive but she was the rudest cashier I have ever come into contact with. I am very disappointed with Bratchers right now.

A great place to work and great service as well. For a college kid who needed all the hours he could get to put himself through school Bratchers was so supportive. I have great memories from working there. The quality of the products were always great too.

Very dissatisfied with employees and management...all employees should be treated equal and fairly...and respect for the individual. Attitude is everything in retail but at Bratchers its who u kow..well i have been in retail to for 31 years i know how to treat myself and other people..been taking my business to HY-VEE anyway i hope u change your attitudes i knock one Domino u knock them all. Finally before u judge some one look in the mirror and judge your self!!!!!!!!

I am new to the town and I needed a new place to shop so I stopped in to this store. They have a very friendly staff! I had a checker named Peyton that was amazing! She made my day she asked me if I wanted to start a rewards card and made sure I felt invited the entire time along with the rest of the staff. I love seeing young happy faces!!! I can tell she loves her job!

While Bratchers Market appears to be a neighborhood market dont be fooled. It is a full grocery store, nicely laid out, featuring an extensive selection of items in a pristine, well-lighted enviroment. The staff is pleasant and helpful. It is a gem tucked away offering an enjoyable grocery shopping experience.

Can always find what we are looking for except this time couldnt find Lousiana crawfish boil seasoning.

I go to Bratchers all the time for my shopping needs. Its such a well stocked store and the staff are always nice to me when I go through. The self check outs make for an easy and quiet time to go through, not to mention they have a other amount for receiving cash back which is the only check out Ive seen offer that. Meaning I can go and get back $3 back if I want. Its always my go to place to shop and will continue to be. It also has a claw machine that my inner child enjoys playing.

Awful customer service. The managers were not helpful, my cashier was very rude, didn’t smile, say hello, she didn’t even acknowledge me until she had to tell me my total. Then when their card machine didn’t read my chip and she was obviously very annoyed and rolled her eyes. Then when I asked to sign up for a bratchers card, she told me to no she isn’t in charge of that. I couldn’t find anyone around the store to help me find what I needed, and finally when I went to the customer service desk, I rang the bell, and I could hear at least 3 people in the back carrying on with a conversation. I sat their for 5 minutes waiting for an employee to come and help me. I was ignored. I asked to speak with a manager and again waited more than a necessary time for them and they basically told me to get over it. I can not believe the rudeness of their staff. I’ve only been their a couple of times and I will not go back.

Its an excellent store for convenient grocery shopping as well as other hygiene and items for your house. Also has an excellent Bakery and Deli that cooks fresh an awesome food.... Love love love love the livers and the gizzards fried gizzards and chicken tenders!!!

This where I went as a child when it was Safeway, my grandma lived next door. I visited fur the first time in a long time. It was clean, and had great produce and service.

It is a dinky little liquor with aspirations to be a head shop. It smells like weed, which i have no problem with; However if you dont like the smell of it, avoid this store. Service was slow too; The cashier seemed to be stoned, a condition that did not bode well for efficiency and competency. I gave it two stars because I think I may have gotten a slight contact high, which is worth an extra star in my book. Id recommend brektime out on Hwy 63 the next exit south.

I always enjoy my shopping at Bratchers. It also keeps me from having to go to Wal-Mart. Which I regret every time I have to go! And having Buddy as a manager makes it so much better! Im so happy he is back! Thank You Buddy!
