I was surprised at how professional the employees handled an irate person. Havent seen anyone stay so calm while having every profanity used and to be verbally threatened to be attacked. Great personnel here. Great job Fox Appliance Parts.

I dared to take on a task of repairing a dryer that just stopped. With testing, suggestions and mini verbal repair advice, it was up and running. Saved me from making a wrong purchase and directed me to the solution. I was spared from a huge repair bill. Extremely patient and helpful with someone that had NO IDEA what they were doing!

I received bad service from fox appliance This employee were very rude to me and my wife. They order the wrong part for my refrigerator when I came to return it this employee took the part and through it against the wall like it were my fault. I call to check on my new part and he hung the phone in my face three time and when he finally answers my call he promised me a discount and it’s been almost two months and still have not heard from him. I will never return to fox appliance again
