Not only did they go joyriding in my jeep adding an extra 80 miles and left my tank on empty (yes I took a picture of the dash when I dropped it off to compare when I picked it up), they stole my favorite cologne out of my glove compartment. I never...never...never... give reviews because I believe that at the end of the day people have to eat and take care of their families. This time is necessary. Not going into details but be sure to thoroughly inspect your vehicle before submitting payment or leaving. I’m currently experiencing them not honoring their warranty and have had my vehicle less then a week.

Do not bring you car to this place never. They mess up my GMC 2021 the only thing was the choffer door and now my roofing is leaking the burn the seats, carpet, burn and paint the seat belt, burn two passenger window glasses, burn the door scratches everywhere inside and out side they take 2 months and 20 days to repair or messed up my truck and the paint work was unacceptable sorry sorry they paint over dirt. they acting like offended when I tell them what going on on my truck with very bad attitude and my truck only has 6 months of use now look like 10 years old truck they do not cleaned was so dirty and dust everywhere they do not replace the cover of the door of the accident was terrible and they charge $14k to do this sorry job to my truck they said can fix it but I have to wait three more weeks because they no have space early serisly I was first now I have to wait DO NOT BRING YOU CAR HERE PLEASE I send a email and they never contact me to help me with all this situation they lie about service and quality

My experience here couldn’t have been better. I was rear ended and wasn’t sure where to go for repairs. I would 100% recommended them to anyone. They kept me updated the whole time and my car is perfect now!

Brand new car came back with door handle scratches from using the key to unlock instead of the fob. Bumpers front and back not lined up correctly. The broke something personal which was securely attached to the interior and couldnt give me the broken pieces. They did fix a dent in the hood very well, but couldnt assemble the car properly after taking the front and rear bumpers off. Im sure if youre taking a pickup or older car there it will be fine. DEFINITELY wouldnt trust them with anything brand new or high end.

I would recommend Caliber Collision to my family and friends. They did excellent work in a timely matter. I was kept informed on what was going on with my vehicle and they explain to me the process in which my vehicle is being repaired. I would rate them very high.

The service was very unprofessional, Im displease with their service, they loss my husband keys then they told me that our truck was out at highway 90, geico did not tell us that we would to pay them 10000$ up front before we got our truck back,they have always took their deductible off the top. The service was very poor I will not be using them again in the future.

My vehicle was scheduled for service around the same time the changeover from professional collision (the previous ownership). Communication was a challenge and was rarely initiated practically every update I received was from when I called.When I did speak to the team members they were pleasant and made accommodations were possible. The paint does not match exactly but it is not egregious.I would weigh my options before taking another vehicle there.

Worst repair experience ever!! A tree fell on my vehicle causing damage to the passenger side . I took it to Professional Collision in Saraland, AL, as they were a preferred/select shop with my insurance company. They called and told me the truck was ready after about 2-3 weeks. Upon arrival, half of my orange truck was now red. The decal should have been a Z66, they installed a Z60 decal. After refusing to accept the truck, they had an estimator come re-evaluate. He told them they would have to repaint the truck to match. The shop then chose to apply clear coat, metallic and toner to attempt a match, they did not repaint it the correct color, see below pics. The first pic shows the 1st and second attempt at matching the paint. I am still going back and forth with the shop and insurance company. On top of all of this, the shop allowed white over-spray [paint] to come in contact with the undamaged panels on the truck and then tried to buff it off, in so doing, took my existing paint off leaving the bare metal showing. So far they are refusing to repair it. All of this happened in March, tomorrow will be August 1st and I am still going round and round with them. I DO NOT recommend anyone using them.

Professional Collision on Springhill Avenue was EXCELLENT. They fixed my car to my satisfaction. They did it in a very timely fashion. Katelyn provided superior service and assistance to make sure my car was fixed properly. Dana answered any questions that I had in a pleasant professional manner. Just an all around great experience. The repair guy definitely did his job well.

0 STARS!!!They have had my wife’s and my car for almost 2 months to fix a couple dents in the roof and a broken windshield.(happened during hurricane sally, still don’t have our cars back) They do not communicate with you unless you call them, even then they say well I’m sorry there is nothing we can do.They work for the insurance company and not you, They want your money and say things were already there that weren’t, just to get some more cash from you.I wouldn’t use them to change a flat tire on my daughters bike.Go elsewhere. Only had to use them because they were a preferred shop by my insurance.AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! Not worth the headache of dealing with the incompetence.

My experience with Professional Collision SpringHill definitely exceeded my expectations and I cannot say enough good things. I booked my appointment through Geico and was amazed at how quick and easy the whole process was. When I dropped my car off it took less than 15 minutes in and out and was provided a nice rental car. I was updated daily on the status of my car and it was finished in just a 3 days even with having to order a new bumper. Picking up my car took just a few minutes. My new car bumper looks great and they even cleaned my car inside and out. The ladies and gentlemen were all very courteous and professional. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They tore apart my vehicle strewing the parts they recklessly tore off of it on the ground outside in an unsecured area to be further damaged by weather and up for grabs by anyone who may have come onto their property. The unfortunate part is that my vehicle had damage only only to the bumper and by the time they were through “inspecting” it— they tore off the entire front end busting up and breaking parts during the process.. From the secretary to the owner this company is void soul. It’s a crying shame that they are in business. This company is the most disgusting company I’ve ever had dealings with. My vehicle sustained 1000’s of dollars of damage at their hands and they refuse to take accountability for it.

Service was not good on my car that I carried over to the Collision on Springhill they just seem to be out of order not knowing what they doing in the office the girl in the front seat in the front that she just real Snappy on the phone and did not professional at all during the time I had my call in on the passenger side someone set coffee on that and spill coffee lowest cup of coffee and that seat so I pull the cover off of it when I got home and begin to wash it up they got some water in a bucket and a white towel and I can clearly see that it was coughing is coming right out of the interior of the seat but the fact of the matter is that they had coughing set there a cup of coffee over there and perhaps back Meetup Im pulling in fire with headaches feel I would not I would not recommend anybody take that call with that theyre not professional at all. Man that wrote it up I had him to bump the headlight I had an accident on the on the left side on the driver side front fender headlight whats replacing I told him to see if he could I buff buff it out the headlight on the passenger side which was not then done but for the most part that coffee that spill in there in the on the passenger seat you can clearly see that this coffee I got a bucket of clean water and Im going out there with a white towel trying to wipe that stain out of my seat so I can clearly see what happened. It was coffee tea coffee and tea is brown by the same color so Im assuming that it was coffee but anyway I would not recommend recommend anybody take your car over there that did not professional thumbs down

Dropped my truck off on December 2nd to have a dent repaired on the bed. Had it back sooner than the estimated time and it looks great. Its black which is one color that shows up blemishes or flaws and this thing is flawless. Really great people to work with and very professional ( guess thats why its part of the name) 😂🤷🏼‍♂️. They kept me updated through the whole repair of my truck.

This is the second time I brought a vehicle in for repairs, they call and said it was ready and my vehicle was incomplete and they wanted me to take it and bring it back. Get the work done right the fist time then call and say it’s ready. I will not use professional Collision again. Also when I first brought the vehicle in the girl at the front waited on me and didn’t go out to check the damage and write it up, she said the insurance company told them what was wrong. This is the 3rd time I used professional collision on Springhill over the past 15 years.I could of had my car fixed anywhere, but they have been and are the best!Very, very, professional and excellent quality in repairs.

Someone rear ended my brand new Hyundai Tucson. Insurance took care of everything so I requested it be sent to Professional Collision since I have had previous experience with them. They were very professional and detail oriented with my car. I had a hitch and a bike rack attached to the vehicle when I was hit and it wedged it into the back of the SUV. They got everything fixed and I was even called before they started to ask about my hitch and my bike rack. It took 10 days to fix about $3200 in damages. When I came to pick up my car, it was clean and after doing a walk around and checking out my hatch, everything was great. They matched the factory paint pretty well even though it is almost impossible to get an exact match. It seems to gave extra sparkle in the paint but it is not very noticeable. I would definitely go back to them. Both times I have had to use then they have done a great job!Revised: taking away 2 stars because they replaced my hitch (which it attaches to the frame of the car) and it is crooked in the same direction it was crashed into in the accident. I took it back to them and they pretty much said there was nothing that they could do. It makes me believe the frame of my car where the hitch bolts to is bent. It is only bent slightly but I expected closer attention to detail. It is a brand new car and they were being paid to fix it after someone rear ended me.

I trust USAA for my auto insurance, and since they recommended Professional Collision, I expected a good experience. I used the Springhill Avenue branch and was very happy with the work they did and the customer service provided. My car was finished before promised and I received frequent communication with updates on how the work was progressing.

My car had to have parts replaced. Parts were new, factory, and correct color. Couldnt even tell I was rear ended after they finished.

We had never been in an accident before and didnt know what to expect from the repair facility. They were very fast and courteous. We had a rental car and were on the road in under 45min. While we were signing rental paperwork they had already taken our car back for work. An hour later we had an email with full detailed quote. By the next morning the car was prepped and being worked on. Communication has been excellent and the quality of work appears to be great as well. Lifetime warranty on repairs as well numerous manufacturers certifications.

Following a accident, the Insurance Company referred me to Professional Collision. I was skeptical due to online Reviews. They did a good job with my Vehicle. I was impressed with the fact that they also cleaned the inside of my car.They did have my car 2 weeks (quoted 4 days), but I had a Rental. They also helped with making sure my Rental went well.Thanks!!!

I was nervous at first only because I wasnt sure if they would be able to find the rims that were stolen off of my Nissan Maxima, but they certainly did not disappoint! They found the perfect match. Not to mention their customer service is excellent.

A scrappers piece of metal had hit the underside of my vehicle puncturing the gas tank; I made a claim to Allstate and they ended up sending me vehicle to Professional Collision Springhill where it sat for 24 full hours before they called and told me that theyre unable to do this type of repair. Youve not only inconvenienced me, but youve inconvenienced every single individual within my household. I had even called in an hour before they called and told me that asking for an estimate for when it would be done. They should have told me then that they couldnt do it.

They did an excellent job on my daughter in laws car. They are extremely professional, and stand behind their work.

The first problem is that they close at 5 PM. If you work, you have to take time off to go get your car. Then, if your car has a problem, as ours did, it is multiple times leaving work early.They fixed our bumper, but caused other problems, such as the A/C not working.Someone there also stole at least 2 years worth of change in the car.Im hoping my insurance company finds someone else.

Something was spilled on my vehicle while in the car of professional collision and I returned it to show them they tell me it was already there. I know MY CAR and this wasnt on it when I dropped it off. They said they didnt have cameras there so they couldnt check n see!!!!

Took my wifes 2016 Mazda 6 to them because she got hit at work. When we handed the car over they told us it would be 2 weeks before we got it back. We ended up getting it back a few days early and the car looked brand new. Everytime we talked to them or they called us, they were always professional. It was an easy transaction. Given inaccurate information about time required for repairs. Not told I could pay half up front and parts would be pre-ordered. Assumption abound that all body work is insurance-based and customers have a rental contract. Over 2 weeks to get door hinges and dent repaired after a two week wait to bring car in for a scheduled drop-off is absurd. Haven’t seen finished product yet but for a service quote already well above what I was quoted by others I am regretting my decision. Will update if they hit the date I was given for completion and the work is good. For now,just don’t hit the fat guy riding his bike to work for the next week.Update - they were able to get the car finished 6 days earlier than they had originally stated and the work appears to be very good.

It looked fantastic, but my driver side window made a scrubbing noise when used . I called the location and spoke with Black . He was very apologetic about the situation and asked me to return the vehicle. I told him that I will bring it back on Monday morning at 10:30 am .
