The only shop that works on my vehicles. Red is as honest as they come and goes out his way to help his customers. I would give them 6 stars but it wouldnt let me!

Since covid all shops have been backed up for weeks. Even the dealership told me it would take a few weeks just to look at my care. I had driven around town and tried other shops that kept my car and two weeks later I was still getting rides from friends. I asked around and everyone suggested R&R. I am from out of town and generally not impressed with anything in Alabama. I will say I took my car in parts were ordered and repairs were made. I received my car with detailed explanation on my vehicle. I am a satisfied customer and must say the reviews are accurate the price was fair.

Have had them work on 3 vehicle multiple times and have been very happy with the work they have done. They have people that really know what they are doing.Great work, fair price and timely repairs.

These guys are incredible and I thank God for them everyday. I had my honda civic towed from a Honda dealership who couldnt diagnose and fix a stalling engine. I am in bankruptcy and thought i was going to have to buy a new car. Within a day I had my car back and it seriously is running like the day I bought it. I am beyond happy and cant thank them enough for all they did for me. They went the extra mile and fixed problems I didnt even know existed. Rhyne and Red and their team are a great, talented group of guys who are friendly, courteous, and really care. As a woman its so nice to have a shop you can feel safe taking your car and know they are always honest and do amazing work. Thank you guys for all you do, it means more than yall will ever know! Im never taking my car anywhere else and cant recommend them enough to everyone

Went there for engine trouble, took a bit of time for them to actually free up some time to take a look at the car because I didnt know exactly what was wrong with it. They idled it for a while and then drove it but couldnt figure out what was wrong with it, and changed my oil and referred me to a transmission place or my Nissan dealership. Not bad for 60 bucks.

They actually get the job done no matter what it may be and the employees or friendly and very polite and always eager to help

I havent had a vehicle problem on a long haul in 25 years.On the return trip home from Georgia the alternate stop working just south of Montgomery, Alabama.I have a habit of checking gauges,n the dash often.Shut down all electric equipment; headlights, Air conditioning and drove to Mobile,Alabama.Looking on the internet while route found RR Automotive service called a head by 40 minutes advised (Ryan) of the problem they was ready as soon as I drove in, about 1 hour, and back on the road head toward home in Texas.Thank you to everyone at RR Automotive service in Mobile,Alabama.You have been marked on GPS map as a go to place for repairs.Thanks again, Brad

Had my car towed here back in November 2020. Went here strictly off the reviews bypassing many other shops right up the street from me. Called before having the car towed there to make sure they will be able to accept it. Car sat on their lot for 3 months collecting dust. Out of those 3 months, I never received a call from them for an update or anything. After the first week of not receiving a call, I called them and was told they were still inspecting it. A month goes by, I call again, was told it needs an Opti Spark Distributor and I might as well replace the water pump too since the water pump had to be removed to access the Opti Spark. I asked was it a must, told no and that they would just order new seals for the water pump. Was told it would cost about $ 760. I agreed and Okd the repairs. Called 2 - 3 times (weeks apart) after that to check up on the status and was told they were waiting on some guy to get back from vacation. After 3 months of the run around and constantly passing by and seeing my car in the same spot it was parked after the first week it was there and collecting dust along with all the other cars next to it, I decided to have it towed some where else. Towed it to another shop and guess what, the Opti Spark wasnt even bad, it was the fuel pump. Parts ordered and car running within 4 days. Guess its a blessing in disguise, had R & R actually replaced the Opti Spark, they were going to charge me over $ 700 for it then say after they fixed that, another problem popped up. Not sure why I was given the shaft when my money spends like everybody elses and I was as nice and patient as possible, but, you live and you learn.

R & R replaced the blower in my vehicles AC unit a couple weeks ago. They did a great job, my AC has never worked better. They had my car ready the next day, plus they are reasonably priced. I would highly recommend R & R.

I took my Daughters car in to get checked out about a week ago. Red did not come back with a bunch things that did not need to be done. He gave me an accurate diagnosis on what needed to be done now. new front rotor and brake pads. They did an awesome job. No shaking and shimmering when you hit the brakes now. Not many mechanics offer to repair your vehicle without suggesting other exorbitant/unnecessary repairs. They charge fair market price for parts rather than 50%-80% markup, and will even install the customers parts as well!! Awesome all around experience.

A large piece of my AC compressor broke off (apparently that can happen) causing a wonderful constant clanking noise and Dustin and his crew were able to get a new one in and it up and running in a jiffy. I took a new ac. Compressor. And accumulator also a orifice tube to.Have install.one year later i had a leakCant complain about that. So my ac wentOut again. So i decided to do it myself.After putting on compressor i checked orriface tube and it had been changed.These people had not changed. It wasStopped up. My stepsons Jeep broke down on his way back from Mississippi, and I needed to have it towed after hours. Brad not only set up towing for me, but he also allowed me to have the Jeep parked at his shop after hours. In less than 24 hours, he had the problem (crankshaft sensor) diagnosed and the part ordered. The repairs were completed quickly and the price was exactly as quoted. He was very honest and straight forward about the problem and didnt try to pressure me or sell me on anything I didnt need.This guy is the real deal folks. I will now be making the drive to Mobile ( I live in Daphne) to have my truck serviced as well, since I had such a positive experience at R & R. It is worth the drive in my opinion. Came in at 3:30 with a rough ride. They identified it as the rear Hub assembly, ordered parts immediately and had me out the same day. Could not ask for better service or people. I would recommend R&R to anyone based on service, honesty, and quality of work.

I had another mechanic tell me that I had an issue that was going to cost me well over 2000 dollars. He was completely wrong. The issue was fixed at no where near that and was completed right then. My car has key-less entry and the battery in the key has been dead for months. I got my car back yesterday and its running like the day i brought it. They also put a battery in my key. I didnt realize they had put a battery in it until today. I pressed the lock button and when i heard my horn beep i nearly cried (yes im a wee bit dramatic) but THANK YOU, Red!! My brother was on the road trip from Houston to South Carolina. When he began to experience a gas leak. He was already in Alabama, so I called the head from New York and I spoke to a guy name Rhyan from R&R Automotive. Rhyan promised he would take care of him and send him on his way and within a couple hours my brother was on his way just like he said. He took care of them very inexpensively and he will ride that very night in South Carolina thank you Rhyan.

If you need a repair, come here. My son is in school down at Mobile and had his clutch stop working on his 1993 Jeep. I had looked up what the most obvious cause of the problem would be, a master or slave cylinder, so he could be forearmed when he walked in. Without him saying a word, they told him they thought it was one of those two problems. However, they took the time to look at the jeep further and after they filled the fluid reservoir and bleed the system, the clutch worked fine. They checkout the safety of the jeep and advised me of some other problems but didnt try to push a non-urgent repair. This is was much appreciated since my was son was departing home for the holiday break. The price of the service was more than fair. I know where my son will be taking his jeep if he has further issues. I would advise you to do the same.

Had an a/c repair at R&R for my Volkswagen TDI 2014 today. Honestly, this place is a must!! I used to go at the VW dealer when in the Mobile area, but now, its over!!! For excatly the same result (a working ac!), Volks estimate was almost 300% what Ive paid at R&R.Yes, saving big bucks is important, but when I walked in at R&R, I felt that the whole team would do all they can to perform this repair quickly. We can feel that service is their priority.If I may repeat myself, this place is a M U S T!

All I can say is....THEY ROCK! Ive brought my SUV to them on a few occasions and they always go above and beyond what you would expect any auto shop. If you have any auto problems...go see Red!
