When I first walked in I thought this place was amazing. It looked like a smaller hobby lobby and I had been wanting to go for a while. I bought some ribbon because it was on sale and I bought a few flower bunches for the floral section. It was nearly $100. They have nice stuff, but you will pay way too much money for it. There were many things that were literally twice as expensive as Ive seen in other stores. They do have a large selection of fabric, as the implies, but I barely found any that was less than $10/ yard. I probably wont go back since I can find everything they have and more at other stores for way cheaper.

Terrible experience! We buy my mother a gift card for Joanns every year for her birthday. This is the second year in a row the store had trouble selling us a gift card. This year we spent over 45 minutes at the counter, then left the store without a gift card. Unfortunately, we were charged for the gift card before they realized they didnt know how to put money on the card. Now we have to wait to see if they reimburse our money to our debit card.

Was in Mobile so popped in here, I usually go to Pensacola store, this ones huge and seems bigger. Might have to go back again.

Quite atmosphere and professionals staff members

I’m only giving 3 stars because I felt like I was in the cashiers way yesterday during my visit. I asked if I could use a different coupon than the one she had already scanned. She huffed and puffed and said she would need to rescan my items. She kept looking at her watch as if she was getting ready to clock out I suppose. I just wanted to come on here and apologize if I was holding her up from going home. I too have worked in retail and grocery stores where I was ready to go home and I had a customer asking questions. I’m sorry for being in the way & becoming a burden to her.

Lots and lots of stuff here, great selection of fancy fabrics and trims and craft supplies. Online and mailed coupons help cut the costs.

Great store for anything fabric. Over all good atmosphere, good layout. Easy to find what you need. Staff is good most of the time. Sometimes the cutting table can get busy, but i guess thats expected. They have good holiday decor.

Great place, my wife came home with a bunch of decorating mesh for $20.00. Buy 1 get 3 free; she says its all the way in the back of the store. Men let your crafty wives know. Theyll thank you later, trust me

This is the largest joanns around so they are sometimes out of stock but the employees are great.

The cashier showed me what coupons would save me the most money. I saved $38. The young lady in the fabric department showed me what interfacing to use with the project Im doing.

The sale prices here are great. I bought a beautiful wreath for my front door for only $15. I frequent this store very often for a variety of things like home decor, fabric, and Cricut products. There is always great variety, and staff is generally friendly. There have been a few times that Ive been in there though that the staff either didnt know what they were doing at the register or were rude. Sometimes the store has been a little messy as well.

Super friendly clerk at the cutting counter! Found all the stuff we were looking for (and more) for really great prices. The checkout clerk was very rude though. We had a great shopping visit, but left on a sour note because she was so incredibly unhelpful and acted like we were wasting her time.

Knowledgeable and friendly, these ladies know their sewing, quilts, patterns, and have any advice u may need whether its someone jumping in on a first Afghan or the most serious of tailors if they dont know they will surely find an associate who does. Very sociable, friendly, and easy to talk to come in for your upholstering, cross stitching, doll making, or clothes making needs, they even offer advice on a wide array of sewing machines, zippers, button, needles, fabric options and all else a gal or guy would need to fix, repair, price, or alter a wide variety of your handmade goodies. Even a touch of home decor, pillows and small home pieces are offered.

Always a great place when me and my wife go. Customer service is superb. They normally have what were looking for.

Ive shopped here for a very long time. The last 3 occasions I have visited this store, two of the employees were very rude. The manager was extremely rude. When I called the next day to try to get my order straightened out, the lady I spoke to hung up on me after being extremely rude. I will not be visiting this location again.

This is a racist store for anyone who is black. I went to this store to purchase some items on 2-3-16, and the workers there were very rude, and not helpful. When I walked into the store and ask for a particular item the worker just pointed. A white woman came in right behind me and asked for some materials and they walked her to the aisle. I asked one of the store workers about fabric colors, which I had on my phone to show to her and she refused to look at my phone. I was in the store for about 30 minutes to an hour and still with no proper assistance from any of the workers. I had some items in a cart at the end of the aisle and when I turned around the cart was gone along with my items. I went to ask the workers what happened to my cart and items, they look stupid and did not respond. I then saw my items behind the counter. I took my business some where else. My black money is just as good as a white persons money.

Arranged for delivery to car. Went to store and they dont bring it to your car. They make you wait outside the store with others. That totally defeats the purpose.

Expensive, not the place for people on a budget.

Store was clean and organized but no helpful staff, one lady walked by and said hello but kept walking. 1 of the 2 fabrics that we brought over to get measured and cut was already cut in half. That should not have been on the board. He bought both pieces but is hoping it doesnt hinder his plans.

This store has a pretty nice selection. However, when we went in today there were people loudly shouting and cursing while in conversation with an associate who was obviously a friend, and she failed to ask them to be appropriate. Also, the store closed at 6:00 when it was clearly posted online that they close at 7 PM.
