My first visit to 1st Choice was excellent im greatful and satisfied my hair is so pretty holds my waves perfect i love it would definitely recommend to others a bit pricey but the quality is worth it

Love the hair! I cant complain! Great service and all questions are answered without an attitude. I never had a problem with anyone whove worked there. This is the only place I purchase my hair from and plan on keeping it that way. All I have to say is my beautician name and they know where to direct me as far as color and other hair products! I had my hair for over year and it still looks brand new when my beautician puts it in. Getting married in 2 weeks, so I will be in tomorrow to purchase new bundles!! Thank you for all you do!

Poor quality hair for price. I think they mix up the hair according to the customer. If youre a frequent buyer you get the real deal, if not they slip some cheaper low quality hair in there. Im not a frequent shopper and this was my second time purchasing, first hair was fine, no shedding, but this time my hair is shedding like a mangy dog. Looking for a new vendor, they wont get another penny of my hard earned money.

Hair smells like a bag of fritos. . . The closure sheds really bad! I was hoping i would be a return customer. Pricing it way too high for the quality of the hair. Ive bought better hair from a Asian hairstore (sadly.) Its a no for me.

I just put my hair in yesterday from first choice, this Brazilian body wave hair is full of body. Holds curls longer. I would strongly suggest you purchase your hair from first choice. The bundles are a bit small, so I would recommend getting 4 bundles.

I’m mad esf about my hair ok i usually shop with 1st choice when I have the money too because they are expensive and I have always bragged about them saying they were the best in town but I just bought a deep wave frontal and this hair is nothing like the hair I usually get its nappy and sheds a lot won’t hold any moisture I don’t know if they under new management or sum but they too expensive to be doing stuff like this I’m highly disappointed I wanna cry 😢

I think a couple run it and they are always friendly and helpful. Never bothered when you ask prices or to see items and always just pleasent. Couldnt ask for a better place to shop.

I bought some hair at First Choice in Mobile Alabama on the 14th of July. I put my hair in the same day I bought it. Three day later my hair start looking horrible. It sheds really bad and its nappy. It doesnt look like quality hair at all. Im very disappointed because Ive bought hair from this place before and it was good. I spend $368.00 on this hair and I cant even reuse it. I will not purchase any more hair at this place. I wish I could post a picture of this hair. I am being generous by giving them one star.

Hair is very pretty, sheds a bit if you cut. Hair does have a horrible corn chip smell for these prices, that should not be. I would purchase again but only the straight hair to avoid the smell.

They sell the knock off the product is not what they advertising. I pay for what I want no matter the price. If I could give them Zero rating I would. They will never have to worry about my service again!!!!

Sales associate was very helpful. She help me pick out hair that was close to my hair color. The store hours have changed...10-6:30.

The brazilian hair is extremely soft and pretty but the bundles are thin. Get an extra bundle if needed but you will b 100% satisfied

Virgin Hair bundles looks of poor quality and no adequate supply of it.

I have shopped with them before but this time the bundles were thin. The girl behind the counter should have showed me more but she was unbothered so Ill go elsewhere.
