Very friendly and efficient staff! I had a very minor shoe problem that I thought about trying to solve myself with some gorilla glue. However, its a nice pair of boots and I didnt want to ruin them so I brought them here. Within 5 minutes I was seen and they had some special, quick-drying shoe glue that they used to fix my boot. They didnt even charge me. Im very appreciative of this level of service and will come back here for sure if I have any other shoes/boots that need to be fixed.

The staff at Mobile Shoe Hospital are very helpful. They are willing to answer questions however they arent pushy. Everyone in the store will help you with anything. They also have great prices amd selection.

Dependably Good! I have been using this business for years and they always do quality repair work that holds up. Dont let their old-fashioned-appearing store scare you away; there is no better shoe repair store on the Gulf Coast. (They also carry products, like shoe dye, that you cant find in any big-box store.) I just had a pair of ladys boots re-soled and they now have better soles than when I bought them!

Went with my husband on Black Friday and I believe we got an epic deal! The people were very kind and they had the same brands as other boot stores at better prices. Love the boots and we will be back for any repairs on those gorgeous ostrich leg boots.

Came in about 10 minutes before closing in need of boots for work. Was helped immediately and tried on dang near every boot in the store, but like I was told when you are on your feet you got to make sure you have the right boots on! Very friendly and caring and helped me pick out boots that were durable and comfortable at the same time. So I had to buy 2 pair!!!!!! Thank you I wont be shopping anywhere else!

Visiting from va and my family here recommended the shoe hospital for boots. we dont have a good place that I know of in va. this store is amazing! the sales person was the best! not pushy at all, so informative. he stayed with us the whole time to help us. they have the whole range from inexpensive to really nice. they have something for anyone. I especially loved the exotics they had. customer service is above and beyond. everyone was so nice. left with 4 awesome pairs of boots and even a knife! I couldnt recommend this store more. Im changing my review of the shoe hospital from good to very bad due to a rude employee with a peach fuzz mustache. I had spoken to a man on the phone before taking my boots, and he was very willing to help me, but unfortunately a young twerp was at the counter and rudely tried to sell me a more expensive service. When I refused, he childishly dismissed me. Ill drive to another city or state before taking anything back to them.

Anytime I need shoe repair or feet putt on my new purses I take them there and everyone that works there is so friendly and helpful and the charge is reasonable, great place great service

Went in about 2:00 today to buy some work boots and was interested in other boots as well. Upon entering we were greeted by nice young gentleman. As my husband was looking for what he wanted I over hear a conversation between the young man that greeted us, and another young boy that works there. The conversation was about ppl with tattoos. I have several as does my husband and the younger worker makes a loud statement about ppl with tattoos are nothing but trash and hoes. Son next time you work with the public you may wanna keep your 2 cents to yourself since alot of the customers there are military,police,firefighters,etc. and most of us with ink take it seriously. Mine and my husbands tells of my fight and battle with cancer and our love. As for me and my family we will not be returning EVER. Trust me there were other places that enjoyed getting our hard earned money.
