Oh my word this is THE BEST company I’ve dealt with in a while! Josh was professional and knowledgeable. Price was good, but service was even better. We will never deal with other gate people!

Josh texted when he was on his way. He is very knowledgeable in all things, not only gates. First off, he fixed everything my alarm company messed up. Secondly, he can pretty much do anything and retrofitted my control/entry panel on the spot just how I wanted it. Josh checked everything one last time before he left. He didnt like the sensitivity response time for the auto exit and got his tools back out and made some final tweaks to make it even better. Thanks Josh. Highly recommend.

Quick, competent, and very knowledgeable. Fixed my automatic gate on the same day I called and helped me choose a better battery tender.

They do not return your phone calls or answer your phone calls. The mailbox is almost always full and even when you do leave a message they dont call you back. They do not complete tasks in a timely manner. They do not act professional and announce themselves every time they arrive or leave. They leave messes that you have to hound them to clean up. And on top of that the gate they installed is backwards and falls off the tracks! The job is not complete but they got paid and have not bothered to show back up!

Super nice guys. Hooked me up with a great deal and couldn’t be more happy. They had my double automatic gate installed flawlessly within a week of quoting the job. Five stars!

There should be 3 reviews for this. Because of length it only let me post so much on one account.This Company and Guy are Horrible and Unprofessional! My Friend and Partner Kristi left the same review and I will tell you why but I would Not Recommend this Company and I would advise people to stay away! Josh even contacted my partner and asked how he was Unprofessional and wanted her to remove the negative review. I will be glad to answer that Question Josh and let people decide for them self if we are wrong or maybe you are Unprofessional and HorribleFirst we already had a 24 Access Control system, so we already had the Door Reader, the Door Magnet, and the Door sensor and the wiring ready for new Equipment. We contacted this Guy/Company because he was recommended by someone else, which I was sure to Thank them for that. We contacted him because the current system was being monitored by a secondary company that was charging a high dollar amount to just monitor the system and we did not have our own Software that we controlled but had our information in a Cloud base system. We informed Josh that we needed a new system where we had the software to control the system so we could monitor, access/activity and be able to activate and deactivate key fobs as needed. All he had to provide was a new Access Control panel and download the Software on our Computer and of Coarse hook it up! We also offered to purchase the Access Control System from a former Employee of Joshs since that is the system we thought we were getting and he was already familiar with. That system is called ZKAccess. Sounds simple enough for a Company that does this for a living or installs access control systems and is familiar with a system like this.To begin with the guy he sent out to Install the New System was drinking already at 9am because he smelt like he just left a bar. Not only did my partner and I smell this so did a few of our Customers that were present. This guy spent all day and still couldnt get it to work. I called Josh and informed him that the guy was drinking and did not appear to know what he was doing. Josh agreed to come out the next day and told me he would be there in the Morning say around 9. Now a morning for us is like 7am maybe 8. Josh was spending the weekend with his Family so I figured if he had shown up around 9 like he said or even 10 that would be ok. He didnt show up until like around 11. I left to go work my other job so I couldnt stay all day so my Partner said she would be there for him to show her the System/Software. So the system and software that was installed was not even ZKAccess or anything we had even heard of. Josh did not know anything about the software and had to call Tech Support for said Software to even figure it out. The system has a Card Reader at the Computer so you can Program and or Deactivate Keyfobs which to this day can not do that. What Josh did was Pre-program 100 keyfobs which we did not ask him to do nor did we need to do that. We need to be able to do that on an as needed basis. Thats the purpose of the Software and System function so we can add or delete a member, activate a new keyfob for a lost one, assign the key fob to a person so we can monitor when they access the System and Building. He gave my Partner a crash course on the Software but she and I both still did not understand the software completely because he didnt even know how to use it 100% his self so he couldnt really show us much. My Partner paid him and he left. The next week when we were trying to figure this new Software, we realized it was difficult to figure out and nothing like systems/software we have used in the past. We contacted Josh and informed him that we still couldnt figure out how to activate or deactivate keyfobs from the reader, and the software was hard to understand and this is not what we expected and or wanted. Josh tried to explain to use that he programmed 100 key fobs so we would be set for a while. Again not what we asked for nor what we needed.
