Got a quote to install a Sat radio to my existing radio and then hard wire my radar detector, this is a new car to me and has an aftermarket Pioneer unit. They started the work and then told me it needed to be totally rewired as whoever installed did a messing job and wanted an additional $65 to do it, it could cause a fire. It was all apart at that point so said go ahead. When they got done paid for it got in and my radar detector was not hard wired in, still on the cigarette adapter. He said they forgot about that and they pull it back and did I have a wire for it. I told him no as I said when we first talked I was moving it from another hardwire. So he said he would pull it back in but I would have to pay an additional $30 for the wire that theyd have to order and Id have to come back. I live across the bay. That was it, I left and ordered my own wire for $12 and hooked it up.

Have a appointment coming up ! Would have BEEN TODAY but their closed on Mondays. With the pandemic, I think they s h.m ould open on that day to play catch up from a year ago! But Ive done bans before and THEY GOOD at what their doing wit music!

Doesnt even deserve star. We went in at 12 for a simple amp and sub install that we were told would be done in 2 hours, but it took 5 and a 1/2 hours. The manager was inconsiderate and nonchalant about the situation. When we complained his words were it should have been done hours ago and Im pretty much paying you now for installation then he walked away. We will never do business here again.

After installing subwoofers my lock and unlock did not work on my key fob or my door controls. When I called to let them know he told me “it was like that when we got it”. I know this is not the case because that is how I got in to drive over there. Offered to look at it but didn’t seem like they would make it a priority to fix after I spent 200 dollars. Do not waste your time and money here

I dont recommend this business. They definitely dont stand behind the product they sell. Ive had to return for several problems and they always want to resale you something. And I am a repeat customer with 14 vehicles. The Springhill Ave location sucks. I wouldnt take my bike there. They should change the name to audio limited. The owner Thomas is as unprofessional as it gets. Im never going to patronize this shop ever again.

Couldn’t be more dissatisfied than when doing business with the Spring Hill location for a loyal period of time. Guy that runs the place will pass you off in a heartbeat with any excuse he can think up!!

The Springhill location is HORRIBLE!!! The WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I took my vehicle in to the radio replaced, after taking way longer than was promised I was running late to pick up my son from school so I had to rush and leave so I didn’t get to inspect everything while I was there. After picking up my son I was able to inspect everything and noticed that my dash was cracked in several places. So immediately I attempted to call to let them know, and to let them know I would be back first thing in the morning. Well they refused to speak with me, they would just hang up on me after me trying to explain everything, or they would just pick up the phone and hang up. The following morning I went to the location and asked to speak to the manager and was told that he wasn’t available, and that even if he was there, he wouldn’t do anything about it!!! I tried several more times to track him down, I would even see him at the store in the office and he refused to speak with me!!!

Very unprofessional. My husband deserves his money back. Full refund. The guy that installed his system did a horrible job. Yes it sounded good for a few weeks. Then started messing up. We went straight there to see if the guy that installed it could figure out the issue. He looked it over an said nothing was wrong. An walked away without looking into the issue or even remotely trying to help fix the problem. He just ignored us. Very rude little white boy. Dark hair. Dont know his name.Well we went home an my husband took a look at it. WOW This rude, unprofessional,little boy obviously didnt need to be working for this a establishment if he cant do the job right. My olman fixed the issue himself. He should be the one working there not that guy. From hot wires to the ground wire to this idiot even put a screw in my antenna jack to hold the antenna wire in place. Seriously...Im sorry but this issue had to be addressed an they are closed. Hope no one else has poor service from that guy working there.

These guy have taken care of all of my audio needs. The one time I didnt go to them because they were closed, I regret it.

I recently took my new Toyota Highlander to this place, I am an audio/gadget nut, I used to take all my cars to Rickwood radio when they were in business, but since they closed, I knew I had to find a new place that does not good work but GREAT work.I have had work done by Kens Car tune(both locations) twice in last 3 years, they do good job but never impressive, I am very picky about details that most will not even notice.Now that two weeks have passed, I can honestly say They did a GREAT job in my truck, I liked one thing about this place and the owner he never tried to upsell me on anything, and delivered the truck little before he promised. After talking to him a bit I found out he is well versed in the world of car audio.Thanks Guys!

Labor only costed $50 instead of TNT audio which wouldve cost me $75. Installed Subs/Amp under 2 hours! Great service.

Take my truck there for everything had my subs an radio installed there havent had a problem out of them at all really nice people i didnt have a part for the subs when i had them installed bc i left it at the house in the radio box an they said dont worry about it bring it back by an we will install it free of charge
