I am a long time customer and i am extremely disappointed. the shop is nice and spacious but the service is poor. I went to the store 3 times to buy and use the hostpot. However, when brought to the area, it is very weak. when I brought it in and asked for help, I was very upset that the staff didnt help me much and then I left with a device that I couldnt use. and I talked to the staff there for a long time and then nothing was resolved. 😭. unfortunately I will probably not use this carrier anymore, I will use Tmobile in this area. though weaker than cheaper I think I wont be as disappointed as here.

Alex was the best!!! I was on hold and waited for close to an hour with customer service on the phone at home only to get hung up on while transferring to another person. I walked in the store and Alex had my phone fixed within 5 minutes. Incredible service! 5 out of 5 would recommend!!!

Had issues with my the power button on my sons phone. Was greeted before I even walked in the door. Reps looked into getting a replacement phone and got it 2 day shipped. Reps also made sure I had options to turn phone off and download content until his new phone came in.

These guys were so sweet!! I walked in because my phone was dead after the 13 iOS update fried my battery. One opened the door for me and I handed him my phone and told him what was going on. He plugged it in and began to work immediately on the issue. Another man was kind enough to allow my daughter to use the restroom and joked with her. I laughed because my daughter is mildly autistic and just ignored his silliness. He took down my phone number and began to assess the possibilities of replacing my phone. They got my warranty replacement ordered and I was on my way with very little effort on my part and was home by 5pm. Quick and easy service visit.

Verizon needs to hire people who will do their job. That means helping people when they come in the store. It doesnt mean that they should give a customer a phone number and tell them they have to handle an issue.

Did not get anything accomplished never heard back they told us we could leave nobody ever returned our call and said that they will call us later havent heard anything bad business

No longer are the days when a store would stand behind the products it sold. My Motorola android which just passed its first year is breaking apart and either needs serious repair or replacement. We were told that the warranty of one year was out and we would have to cover the cost of the repair or replacement ( imagine that, a reputable company like Motorola having only year of confidence in their product). Instead of replacing the bad product, we have to wait until April for ( get this ) open enrollment to insure this phone, then file a claim.Shame on VERIZON for not standing behind the products it sells.

If you visit this store request Alex M! I went in very annoyed and ready to raise heck from the (awful) 1-800 customer service line. Alex was simply amazing. Resolved issue in seconds with a smile and some admittedly good jokes. Left the store somewhat stunned, thinking to myself Wait, wasnt I angry about something?. Defines customer service. Very busy due to the holidays. However Jacob and Dominique were superb executing all of the customers needs. Multitasking at its best.

Store policy gets in the way of being able to help with the emergency program offered by the insurance Verizon sells you. This policy apparently is on a store by store basis, making their best suggestion being try another store. Im sure there is some reason this location chooses to do this, but it is unfortunate that their bureaucracy clouds up their ability to meet customer needs.

I got a Samsung Galaxy S7 recently as a replacement for a Blackberry (long story). It did not have a screen protector, This local store had two different models in stock. Jacob (?) took the time to explain some key Android differences and installed the screen protector for me. Thanks!
