I cant believe yall still carry these. I hadnt had one in about 24 years...just as smooth as I remember them. The woman (her name escapes me now but she wore glasses and had some pretty bad@$$ ink) took me straight to what I was looking for. I will be back again.

If you are ever not happy here get with the owner Charles, he is almost always there and he will not put up with bad service one bit, this shop is managed very well, he was in the mall shopping center for many years as I grew up around here and I have just the last few years have got to know the owner.Cigar selection does not lack at all, u smoke it they got it

Very rude and not helpful find another cigar shop that actually wants to help. Was trying to find a Christmas gift for someone don’t know a lot about cigars was asking for recommendations the guy looked at me like I was inconveniencing him. Go to Havana Rays walked in guy showed me 5 different cigars box’s that was perfect for what I was looking for.

They didnt care. Just bought a big bag of tobacco and they couldnt give me a pack of papers.??? Why would I do business with these people??????

Absolutely the best cigar lounge and selection in mobile hands down.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They are eager to assist you and provide advice but are not pushy. The humidor is well stocked and one of the few I have been in that is wheelchair accessible. The bar is a nice place to go and try a stick and have a drink. Prices are competitive for the surrounding locations.

Good lighters to be had here, for fair prices. I dont smoke anymore, so I cant speak for their tobacco selection, but everyone should carry fire.

Is a very nice hookah lounge and cigar lounge. Its nice to go and sit back relax and hang out with friends.

Good place to enjoy a premium cigar. I was lucky to have happened to stopped there, as they had just received a shipment of Esoterica pipe tobacco. Nice friendly staff. Too bad that there arent many pipe& cigar stores like this around anymore Ill be sure to visit again next time in Mobile.

Great place for novice and experienced cigar smokers. Would of given 5 stars but selection when I went was limited. Not a lot of high end stuff but you will find good quality cigars at great prices.

Nice selection and great customer service. I stopped in looking for a present for my Brother in law and was very pleasantly surprised by the knowledge and attentive service I received. Im happy to say that I dont smoke tobacco products but if I did this would be the place I would go for all my tobacco products.

Just inherited my grandfathers pipe set and was looking for good starter tobacco. The worker who helped me was passionate and knowledgable and helped me pick out a great blend. The shop is clean and tidy and I could see a large cigar room off to the side. Will definitely be going back.

Small selection of cigars. Bar and cigar lounge on premise is a plus. Some cigars ring up at higher prices than on the shelf, so check your receipt if you care about that sort of thing.One of the staff hand-selected and sold me a cracked expensive cigar with no apology or offer to replace it. I found this to be quite discouraging, so now I go to Cottage Hill Package Store, as they have a much wider and higher quality selection, as well as, a very informed and helpful on-site cigar officianado.

If you love cigars this is the place to go. They have a very good selection, a smoking room, and the employees are fantastic. The are so courteous and very knowledgeable.

Decent selection but not great. Picked out a couple of cigars for around 20 bucks and went to the bar for a bourbon and to pay for them. I was told Id have to go up front to pay. Apparently youre not allowed in the back-to have a Drink unless you pay for your cigars in advance. If that what it is, so be it but I wasnt invited to come back after paying up front ..cigars were put in the bag and adios....Guess I wont be coming back here anymore. There is a fine cigar bar over in Daphne. My fault for trying something in Mobile...back over the bay I go.

Good selection of cigars and pipe tobacco. Had everything from acids to fuente and padron. Good prices and humidor seemed to be keeping the smokes in good condition. Staff seemed helpful. Didnt check out the lounge.
