Its been a while since ive been to Bel-Air Mall. On Sunday 05/16/2021 I went to Champs to get some shoes for my son. The store didnt have his size so, I had the option to order them from within the store. The young man that helped me, was so professional, kind, and patient. I did not expect this at all. Also, I called the store today 05/21/2021 to check upon my order because my order had not been shipped out yet. And I wanted to contact the store directly. The young woman that assisted me over the phone went above and beyond. She was so patient, kind, and professional as well as courteous. I would most definitely shop there again. I appreciate the wonderful customer service. And my order is being shipped OUT TODAY..YAAAAY! GOT THE CONFIRMATION! You rarely find this type of customer service these days. Again, its highly appreciated...THANK YOU! Hope the employees get a bonus...forreal!

Worst customer service ever. They do not even greet their customers. There were several younger people working, one folding shirts, one on her watch, one walking around. No one ever spoke or ask if we needed help. We walked around obviously looking for something. My daughter ask why dont you ask for help. Why do you ask for help when no one cares to help? Not friendly or helpful at all. Will take my business elsewhere. I would hope my children wouldnt act that way on their job. Maybe some employee training would help this location. Or just common courtesy...
