My very first time going into the Underground By Journeys store, and right away the sales associates were so pleasant and informative, and the supplies of any chuck converse you need theyve got it, thank you for such an amazing experience for sure!!

Every time I go in here to buy shoes... Poor customer service. If I plan on buying $100+ for a pair of shoes, I expect atleast a Hello, how are you? You only get service in here if you are friends of the associates it seems like.
