This was my first time trying Insomnia Cookies and I must say I was impressed. The 2 ladies at the counter greeted and assisted me. I originally came for white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, but they were out. The cookies I did get were fresh, warm, and really good. They also serve ice cream here. I highly recommend this place.

They have been consistent! The customer service was terrific. I was surprised there wasnt a wait. This spot should be jumping with customers. This location was extremely clean. I saw the employees wiping down and sanitizing. Great job staff👍

Let me tell you something. Ive eaten a lot of cookies in my lifetime, but these are the best cookies ever.Our cookies were still warm and fresh. Crispy outside with a warm chewy center.Hands down, the best cookies Ive had in a long time.Definitely will be going back.

Constantly sold out of the best cookie, Salted Caramel. And unfortunately its not just this location but this is my local store so they are the ones getting the review. Ive only had it once and it was very good. I read so many reviews about rude employees and such and while I havent experienced that just being out of what seems to probably be the best seller makes no since to me.

If you go into the store the people are nice and the cookies are great. If you order delivery they might leave your box of cookies on your porch without knocking so you never know if theyre delivered or not and then you will bring the box of cookies into your house and discover a colony of ants moving in.

Very inconsiderate customer service... almost rude. Inability to supply the flavor demand for 24ct cookies on multiple occasions and THIS is a menu item! Our family requested four six count flavors, and neither of the four flavors were available at quantities of six. The frail pale girl tries to force you to substitute... or even order fewer cookies. This has me completely baffled because she would rather loose money than provide service.While the cookies are fantastic, I often wondered why no one has ever said there will be a five minute wait on those or well have to bake them for you...a cookie takes less than fifteen minutes to bake...and you ARE serving them warm...Im beginning to wonder what the big picture behind this cookie place really is when you cant accommodate a customer at three oclock in the afternoon. I cant imagine that they will be in business long-term. Customer service goes a LONG way... not to mention the business practice is a bit sketchy.

Great young lady with bun in hair who worked the front Sunday morning! very polite and had great customer service experience from her! really helped us choose are cookies as this was are first time. cookies were warm and delicious! the place was very clean and smelt great. overall 5 out of 5!

Gotta be honest I’ve been to many insomnias and never had cookies be hard and stale. The cookies here were hard and tasted like they’d sat out a while. I would probably skip this location.

The past few visits that I have had either they A) Did not have the cookies I wanted B) Put my cookies in a bag, instead of a box, even though I ordered six. C) Served cookies that were undone that broke in the bag. D) had nonchalant people working the counter with hardly any personality. Its too much money to pay for subpar products and mediocre service.

The cookies that I received were still a bit raw, but the brownies were delicious.

I ordered twice online. Both times the cookies were warm, fresh, and delicious. My order was a bit hard to track because they have their own delivery drivers. So, when grubhub called to check on the order status, no one answered the phone. I still received my cookies on time though.

Sure wish the Google times had been updated I drove from west mobile today because times said open till 1am just find out they were closed. :(

I have to say that experience was all 5 stars and good. Honestly after a couple of minutes I was really wanting some cookies so I go to check and see where they are it still says baking the next thing I know is Im getting a knock on the door. In the .5 seconds it took me to get up and check the door the possible supper human maybe Jesse Owens delivery driver dropped the cookies at the door knocked and booked it back to the car, took off faster then the flash on a good day and was gone. I have to say keep up the good work and my next question is do they get paid by the delivery because that driver is all aces in my book now..

If it was possible to give this place a ZERO star rating I definitely would. Rude Customer service, the lady who was up front short brown hair was not wearing a mask- so I assumed I didn’t have to either. She proceeded to be rude over any question that I had, in the mist of it all she says “oh by the way you need to wear a mask”. When she wasn’t wearing hers? Loud Chatter I get it it’s not so busy- but a customer should never have to hear conversations. It will be my first and last time ever going in. I was looking forward to it but I will not waste my time nor my money to a business who hires horrible employees that cannot handle to fake it until they make it!

Cookies are good but I waited an hour after they said my order would be ready at 3:00. I have no problem waiting but if you are backed up just say so and give a new pickup time rather than having someone sit in their car for an hour.

Ive ordered multiple times in the last few weeks. Customer service hasnt been a problem for me, I always order in the late evening. However, the cookies are hit or miss. The first time I ordered I had warm, soft vegan cookies. I have not had it like that since then. I only get the vegan cookies. So a few times they have been super hard and tasted like they had been left out for awhile. I started telling them to please make them fresh when ordering online. It just sucks I have to specify every time just to make sure theyre not rock hard.

I’ve been really excited to try this place because I’ve heard so much hype about the insomnias in other places, but it was honestly a let down. They don’t take cash at all for some reason, which is ridiculous. The guy behind the counter was cool, it’s not his fault or anything, they’re just out of stock of every good cookie, and although the cookies are good, they’re not $2.00 a cookie good, especially for the size. The ice cream was okay, not bad but not amazing (you can probably find the exact same ice cream at the grocery store) but the guy did fill up the container the proper amount.TLDR: counter dude is cool, it’s just expensive and overhyped

Im no one to complain, but if Im required to wear a mask coming in along with other customers, the employees must wear mask as well instead being RUDE to a couple who didnt have a mask! This short brown hair lady told a customer to put on a mask in a rude way, yet this employee didnt have one herself! If shes good to be rude and tell customers what to do, she should be good enough to wear a mask herself!

There should be an option for -stars. We have been looking forward to trying this new place. Upon arriving, it was odd to get in & dirty. We weren’t greeted pleasantly & the people before us had been waiting awhile. They were out of most items. When asked about a certain cookie, we were told it would be about 20 min. Please tell me who has this time to wait on grab & go items? As I pondered on whether to order or not, I decided this place doesn’t deserve my business. This place will not be in business long! It’s gross because it doesn’t look or feel clean. It’s right beside a hair/nail salon, so the smells don’t mix well. Customer service is horrible & the presentation of the items looked horrible. Stay away!

I think these are the best cookies in town. Fast food cookies taste like garbage to me now. I was actually surprised to see this place rated so low. Ive never met anyone rude here.

Rude customer service. Girl was rude and didnt seem to want to make sell. Asked a question about the cookie because it was my first in there and she was rude about need people that are willing to help people not be rude to them.

So, I was aware of this place with supposedly great cookies and was debating on trying it. I can certainly afford the product, but they ARE a bit pricey. Now, I’m reading these negative reviews regarding awful customer service. Where is the owner and why are they not personally responding to each and every one of the complaints? The common denominator is obviously the individual with the attitude who hasn’t been properly trained, has no people skills and apparently, isn’t concerned about losing her job. I’m not going to give you my hard earned money to come into your establishment to be bullied and insulted. Keep your overpriced cookies and good luck trying to make it in Mobile with that level of counter help.

I’ve been to insomnia cookies several times. I’ve been a fan for several years every since I have been to the location in my hometown in Birmingham. I went to the Mobile location today that just opened and the cashier lady that made my cookiewich literally pressed her whole hand down on the ice cream sandwich to squish it down. She was NOT wearing gloves. The cookies are good, but I hope they better train the employees on this kind of issue.

Unfortunately, my negative review is due to the short female with dark hair who works up front, which seems to be a common theme according to other reviews. My husband and I had a very unpleasant interaction with her in which she told us yall have to look at the menu before coming in here. You people are holding up the line and taking forever because you dont know what you want when you come in. Granted, we were still standing outside of the shop when she said this. Even the people behind us commented on how rude she was. When I asked her where the menu was, she pointed at a paper that was hanging on the door (that was folded in half) and said LOOK AT THE PAPER which showed the website. If we hadnt already waited for a while, we would have left. That girl is rude and terrible at her job. Everyone else was pleasant and we received our order quickly. However, we will not go back because of that woman. She ruined the whole thing for us.

Im giving this establishment 2 stars because the customer service is horrible! How could a restaurant so new to the area already have employees that act as though they HATE their job!?? The cookies are very delicious, but the customer services makes me not want to spend my money there at all! Also, prices are a little bit high..which I really wouldnt mind so much if the cashiers werent so rude and nonchalant. Work on your customer service before you charge an arm and a leg for cookies and milk!

When I order, its been taking over two hours to get my order. Also, Ive received the wrong order before, or had missing items. The cookies are fairly good, but since giving the company multiple chances, Im not sure if Ill be back. The hassle isnt worth it.

Likely the worst insomnia cookies in the country. And I was so excited to have them. The cookie’wich this abomination serves is two pretty good cookies with about a tablespoon of ice cream in the middle. And yes I’ve been more than once to see if it was a fluke. The owners must be insanely stingy, because every other one I’ve been to actually gives you an *ice cream* sandwich.

Room temp cookies and my pint of ice cream was 3 scoops. I wont be back.

I’ve been more than once despite them being open less than a week, and all three times have been positive experiences. Even during the rush of their grand opening, we were never rushed and the employees are always helpful, super kind, and we’re apologetic as they were still figuring everything out too!

Yall are making a bad name for Insomnia Cookie. I never knew I could get bad cookies from this place. The cookies were overcooked & Cold! The location in Hattiesburg has never disappointed!

As soon as I walked in I heard what sounded like 5 or 6 people in the back laughing and playing around. A short brown hair girl came around the corner and was very rude. I have been wanting to try this place but I walked out because I just didn’t want to give them any business due to how rude she was.

The cookies were extremely hard even though they were a little warm, they were not worth the time it took to get them.

They forgot part of my order then customer service would not answer. They said they will bring the cookie immediately it’s been fourty minutes. Again, customer service not answering. Not purchasing again I was so excited for this but it’s ridiculous.
