I went in today looking for and item . and saw it .and ask a employee what the price on this item . she told me the price is up there where you got it. But when the boss come waking up The Isle. Then that when she want to go check the price . very sad on her part . she is there to assist customers. Need to do better

One of my favorite places to shop. They have so much to shop for here but my favorite things to get are the home decor. They have a lot of things for your home such as decorations to furniture. The prices are a bargain. Really nice things.

They send me regular coupons. Their furniture is great. Prices on furniture are great. On other stuff not so much. I only shop there when I have store coupons

Lisa and I had a very good experience today looking for her a new Christmas tree. We found a beauty, on sale to boot! Not many employees around to help but once I found one she was great. Clean store with cleared aisles you can get a buggy down.

I have found some good items here. Big Lots used to say get what you see & want today, it may be gone tomorrow! True.Big Lots used to be more like a flea market. At some point years ago it became more organized and standardized. Some marketing geniuses were evidently hired.I would say be cautious about buying clearance items here. I have bought some things, usually mechanical or electrical, that had problems. But that is true of many other clearance offerings in other places as well. I find theyre usually not really worth taking back to the store again.Big Lots often has sales on furniture and other big items. There is probably a good profit margin for them on these and/or they are often overstocked with them.After my first posting here, I see others mention the personnel. Yes, they are very polite and helpful. I should have said that too. Also I have most certainly been here more recently than 2 years ago!

I’ve been shopping there for years. They have some good deals and sales. Some items are not that good of a deal just need to know prices the people there are very friendly. And helpful. They have a rewards program after every 3 times you buy you get a coupon for $5 off $15.They carry all types of item groceries, lawn and garden, furniture and small appliances. They have great seasonal items for all occasions and holidays. Every few months for rewards card holders they have 20% off the entire store. Check them out. A great place to go

I like getting small electronics for a great price and they give good support in trying to help you find an item. I like that today, October 13, 2019, they have a free red bull and the small accessories are buy 2 get 1 free. And Mallory was very helpful.

No line no waiting

Came in for mascara (Almay@$2) and grabbed some eye shadow (Almay @$1) and noticed 50% off + summer items! Gotta love that. Got a sofa and love seat set. Super helpful store associate and manager, offered to check in the back to verify stock and called another store to see if they had the corner piece. Its end of Sept, and its Christmas town already, so it was fun to see all the collections new and fully stocked. Halloween stuff out as well of course.

First time ever shopping here, order furniture, come back the next day ready to pick up, get told i need the receipt to pick up furniture… would have been nice to know that prior, but oh wait, no one knows how to pick up the phone in a non busy store…great, thanks for wasting my time and gas. and they said they couldn’t look it up in the computer either that they HAD to have the receipt in hand.

Ive always shopped at Big Lots and have never been unsatisfied. The people who work here are always so nice and helpful. Everything is easy to navigate and find. Its not crowded with people. I can usually find what I need without having to go to a bigger store.

Clean and organized store. Hit or miss on some items but great deals when you can find them. I dont purchase items I can find at Walmart (household, some grocery or personal care) because they are more expensive. unless those items are on sale and I have a coupon. But be on the lookout for great deals at great prices.

Big lots employees are very nice. I needed help with a mattress and they were out of the size so the nice lady at halls mill/Govt location called the Airport store so I picked it up from there and they were nice and helpful as well. The cashier are friendly also at both locations.

Everyone was very helpful when I was trying to locate an item. They always greet you when you come into the store which makes me fill welcome. Very nice store to shop at.

This location has arranged the store differently and its easier to navigate. The cashiers are always friendly.

Great store with amazing prices, and amazing employees

You took away the cold food area and replaced it with useless garbage. However the store was clean and the employees were mostly professional. (We asked about camping chairs and were told by one dude that they didnt have any but we found them while looking for coolers.)

Just purchased a mattress and box spring from this store. The guy who helped me (I think his name was Josh) was extremely helpful. He was running constantly and helping several people at the same time. Had a great attitude and really knew his stuff.

Lots of stuff at discount prices. Their Halloween items were quite entertaining. I got a sound-activated howling skeleton dog and talking door knocker that was a hit with the trick-or-treaters. They get all sorts of different things in all the time, so dont miss out on the savings and check back regularly.

5 all day.. Found what no one else had..for $1.95... On line selling for 6 to 8 dollars plus shipping.. Clean as any big lots not always the least expensive however stock changes you will find something you didnt know you wanted.

They dont sell gift bags anymore, but otherwise have good selection of items.
