I made an appointment on line to come in and pick up equipment. I drove 45 minutes to the parking lot and checked in on line. The site responded with, “ you have successfullyChecked in ! Keep an eye out for a text when you are next in line and it’s time to head to the store . “I walked up to the front door to have a look at how many people might be ahead of me and door was locked ! A sign on the store front said they were CLOSED on Wednesday and Sunday .What !!!How to they scheduled appointments and check you in when they’re not even open.Obviously they could not care less about their customers. A tech company that can’t handle technological.

The Internet is down again? Really? AGAIN? My bill is $300 a month and it never works! I left AT and T because it did the SAME THING. And please dont use the excuse, oh the Internet is always like this after it rains, it always rains here, adapt and overcome! I live in Midtown, I know I am not the only one who feels this way.

UPDATE: One month later, I returned to attempt to switch out my cable box. Greeted immediately when I entered the store. After Sha’Miya verified what I needed, she switched the boxes. I was in and out in 5 minutes. She was very nice. I was glad to have this experience today and can now update my rating.Poor customer service. One employee sitting by the door, signing new customers in. If no new customer comes in, that employee sits and does nothing. Another employee slowly walking around, restocking cabinets. Easy for me to see the cabinets didn’t need restocking. Two employees helping customers. One of those customers obviously exasperated with the length of time his transaction was taking. His agent walked to the back to get an item, slower than molasses. Came back with the wrong item.I was the only customer waiting. I waited 35 minutes. After being signed in, I might as well been invisible. No further acknowledgment. No checking in. And the “door monitor” sat and played on their tablet. I had to leave because of the long wait. Not looking forward to going back, simply to exchange a cable box.Very poor customer service.

Worst experience EVER the lady in the front was the most disrespectful gal I HAVE ever dealt with. I was trying to help another customer in line she said oh apparently you work here and skipped me. Said I need to calm down, which is completely out of line as I was trying to help them with a customer who doesnt speak English well! Which I speak both languages she then went sheesh out loud rolled her eyes at me and said sit down. I asked for her name she laughed at me and said Bob my husband is a veteran we came to xfinity because they offer military discount. Awful decision

Not professional Not responsive After using them for nearly nine years straight, never late with payment, I was out of town, when they disconnected my line, I couldnt watch my home because my cameras were disabled do to no connection, then they took their time by sending someone, then they couldnt find the cable connection line after they did come out, but took my payment like they did clockwork every month, I told them if they couldnt help me Id go somewhere else, the lady said Okay, just return our supplies, youre on a promotion, youre not on a contract, I asked about my money, they said itll go back to my card, instead, I get another bill because I refuse to reconnect with them, after their agent couldnt change my mind, after I bundled with my phone company, No,,, Id never again recommend them, they dont talk to you on the phone, youd have to go to one of their locations, its not over

A comcast cable line came loose from my house dropping very low. It is now hanging low across the street causing a safety issue for the neighborhood. I have contacted Comcast, they first said the issue was resolved, it is not. I contacted them again, they said a technician would contact me, that was yesterday, still have not been contacted. Apparently Comcast DOES NOT CARE about the safety of the community. Poor, poor customer service. The worst I have ever dealt with in my life. I have actually had to report them to the FCC before.

I canceled my old service and got just internet. When I got home the “service person “ did not connect the internet back up after he canceled my previous account. When I tried to call for over 5 hours the calls would not go through. And since it is a 45 minute drive to go back to the store I really prefer calling. I’m going to switch to AT&T they may not be better but they are my only option.

I have tv, internet, and voice with xfinity. Since March 1 2021 my services have gone out every day except for 8 days. Sometimes 2 and 3 a day. When you call customer service you cant get a real person on the phone. The app sucks my modem had been unhooked by the technician and the app modem test said that it was working with no problems. The technician didnt understand why it said that. I have had my services for 1 year and 3 months brand new house and hook up. 60 trouble calls and 8 technicians my services are still going out all the time. When my contact is finished Im leaving them.

You can never get to an agent, Ive been trying for 2 hours and all I get is the their answering service telling me to unplug my modem to troubleshoot. Im trying to upgrade my service. This is the biggest mistake I have ever made. DONT DO IT.

Internet works. It’s not great but not bad. However the new streaming service and box are horrible. Remote takes over 1 min to actually work. Just blinks over and over. The screen is always changing. It is not user friendly at all and you cant watch a lot of stuff.

Weve had terrible reception since September 2020! 4 technicians have come out at different times during those 6 mths. Each one has reported that the issue in the lines in the area. Wind blows or rain & it slows, pixels or nothing. Neighbor across the street having the same problem & her tech said the same thing! Ive made so many call & told the story so many times that I finally canceled cable. They always go through the same thing with reboot then technician if that doesnt help. Got somewhat of a credit but not enough for what Ive paid for that hasnt worked much in 6 mths! As soon as we get the fiber optics in the area, Im canceling internet too. Roku & antenna is working great as long as the internet stays up.

Comcast has the worst customer service fromIt’s front line people both on the phone and at the door. IF you can ever get past there, maybe they can help. It has taken me a month to have service disconnected from a house deemed uninhabitable by hurricane. After jumping through major hoops to get paperwork they said I needed over the phone... the guy at the front door actually would not take it unless I stayed there and actually told me he would just throw it away. Really?

In a time when wearing a mask is so important to everyone my husband and I went into our local store to exchange some equipment and make some decisions about our account. We were not both allowed to come into the store though we were the only customers there, 30 mins from closing time, and wore a mask. He and I are not social distancing from each other to say the least. Since this is not the hospital, dr office, emergency room, or anything of the like I am FURIOUS that Xfinity has taken their leftist idea of freedom and implemented such ludicrous rules. We buy groceries together, dine together, and even attend each other’s doctors appointments. To have such a purely ignorant policy in place infringes on our rights as Americans and further exposes the mindset of those in charge of decision making at Xfinity. Perhaps you should take another look at the constitution, Xfinity Management. My next step swapping equipment but service!

I have Covid-19 and have been sick. I have tested positive 3 times and am still symptomatic. I have called in several times since last month trying to get a supervisor to call me about my account and no one ever calls back. I have not received any unemployment yet and never got a Stimulus check. Today they cut off my account. Now I am stuck at home with nothing to watch and cant even go online now to handle my business. Xfinity...you can change your name but you are still the same Comcast with terrible customer service.

Complete joke and waste of time. for anyone struggling to find their phone number its 1-800 XFINITY, took me days to figure out how to get that number. Good luck getting a real person to talk to. No internet for 2 weeks is UNACCEPTABLE. 3 crews doing the same thing and not listening to me isnt service. It shoulndt take 3+ appointments to get the WIFI I pay for. Should i finally get a person via chat, facebook, or phone Ill be making appointment #4 and demanding a refund for the time I have spent without service. What a sorry excuse for a company.

Cameron at the Mobile store was absolutely no help to me. I presented to the store a week before a payment was to come out of my bank account with an email stating that is was arranged. He told me there was not going to be a payment taken out. Hmmmm.....guess what it was. Even after I went one week before they still did me this way. Please dont do business with xfinity. They care nothing about the customers.

Contacted 18 customer service reps in a month because my internet goes out 5-6 times a day and not a single one actually helps. They just say reset your router again and again. I asked for a technician to come out because weve have the problems for a month and they hung up on me.

Comcast Business is the worst business phone and internet service. Had old business account # and changed over to another plan. They continued to bill me for 6 months. Everytime I called in they said they would take care of it. It still is not right. Very frustrating and time consuming. Once out of this contract, I will be going with Bubbas Phone service before using them again.

Patricia did her darndest to help find an affordable cable add on to my internet package. Unfortunately we werent able to find anything within my price range, but she did a great job trying. Worse business ever. They leave you without service and still charge you even though you went a month with no internet or cable. They talk to you any way they want. The techs always show up on drugs. Dont have to worry about me finishing my contract.

I went to Xfinity Store to cancel my TV service, because I kept getting the run around online and on the phone. While I waited in the store Spoke with another customer that liked their service except for price. Then I was approached by customer service representative Mya Clark to assist me with my cancellation. Immediately she was combative and rude when I ask questions about seeing my terms and agreement. She insisted that I was wrong and would have to pay a cancellation fee. So I asked to speak with her manager and was correct in the understanding of my contract terms. As I spoke to my fiancee about the conversation I was having with Miss Clark,Miss Clark decided to interject her opinions so I told her this was NOT HER BUSINESS AND TO BUT OUT. MYA CLARK IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!! This is the 2nd time Mya Clark has waited on me,the first time she LIED, LEAVE AT THAT.

The reason for the rating of 4 is with in one week i have called xfinity 3 time sun july 28th my internet speed went from 180Mbps down to 1.Mbps not good they sent out a tech on july 31 the first thing he did was swap out the modem cut a cable then left HE DIDNT DO HIS JOB he didnt check the signal or the taps.So Aug 1 had another tech come out this guy DID everything right he checked line inside he hooked up his dodad to check the signal went outside checked the tap GUESS WHAT! the problem was. It was the tap. So we now have to wait for bucket truck to come fix it My WIFE LOST 2 days of work {she works from home} and the best tht you Xfinity can do is a $30 credit an 2 free months of starz my WIFE lost $160 in pay and thats the best you can do for a loyal customer--------the Representative i spoke to did everything right ------- the problem i have with xfinity isnt the Reps fault
