Came out fast enough was here a total of 4.5 minutes. Was very short with me in a hurry to leave. Didnt take the time to listen. Then an off the wall quote. Needless to say. Went with another highly recommended company. As they took the time to care.

I recently notified Hagan Fence for a quote and installation. I reviewed and accepted the quote and they finally came out and put up my fence. Upon completion..it took an extra week to get the gate installed..the gate is uneven and one side of the fence does not touch the ground..reason for fence was to keep my dog contained.. I received the invoice and notified the office of the poor quality of installation and I would be more than happy to pay once the fence is corrected. Nathan states “I understand and will make sure it is rectified “. After a few days of not hearing from them and called to speak with manager Steve Trawick, who was out of office, so I sent him an email regarding the same. I have yet to hear from him. I also sent the representing employee a text that I needed to pay the invoice and want my fence corrected. He, Sam, was very rude and sent a very condescending response. I have still not heard from anyone at HAGAN FENCE to see if this had been taken care of yet. I just want to get my fence corrected and pay my invoice. Apparently Hagan Fence is not interested in my issues and don’t want my money. Therefore I do not recommend HAGAN FENCE PLEASE search around for a more caring company that value the work they perform.

Hagan is completing the second fence we purchased from them. Both experiences were exceptional. They assisted with the layout, design and choice of fencing that would both provide the security we wanted and enhance the look of our property.We dealt with the same person on both fences although they were installed over 15-years apart. Hagans quality is unsurpassed. On both occasions, the fences were installed ahead of schedule.It is a pleasure to work with a company like Hagan that truly cares about providing the highest quality service at a reasonable price.We will not hesitate to utilize Hagan Fence Company for all our fencing needs and highly recommend them to all.

Needs to be an option for zero stars. Do not use this company, having a terrible experience with them. They employ thru temp services with workers with none to minimum experience. Installed a fence for me and was not happy with the end result. Very sloppy work screws left out, fence set crooked, doors offset, cheap material. They came out the next day and removed the fence. Now Im left with nothing havent heard back from this company in days. Never get any future business from me or my family.

Just call and tell them what you need, they usually have it ready.

Fantastic! Not only did they quote a cheaper price than colony and other fence companies but they also put it in when they said they would and came back to make sure all the specs were right after it settled. Highlighly recommend.

THIS COMPANY HAS GOT TO BE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY IVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH! I HIRED THEM TO PUT UP A NEW FENCE FOR US WITH DOUBLE DOORS FOR MORE ROOM TO GET THINGS THROUGH AND THEY SENT TWO GUYS FROM THE TEMP SETVICE (BASICALLY OFF THE STREET) WHO HAD ABSOLUTELY NO EXPERIENCE TO PUT UP OUR FENCE WHICH WAS DONE VERY POORLY, SO BAD TO WHERE THE FENCE WAS NOT MEASURED CORRECTLY AND WAS VERY UNEVEN, THE DRILL AND BIT THEY USED WAS NOT WORKING, AND NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO DRILL THROUGH THE METAL BACKING, (SCREWS MISSING) AND IT WAS AN ALL OVER SLOPPY JOB! SO I TOLD THE MANAGER AND SALESMAN OF THE COMPANY I WOULD NEED FOR THEM TO REDO THE FENCE AND TO SEND SOMEONE WITH MORE EXPERIENCE TO PUT IT BACK UP TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. THEY CAME BACK, TORE DOWN THE FENCE AND REASSURED ME THAT THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT AND I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM! THIS WAS THREE WEEKS AGO! I WILL TELL ANYBODY TO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BUSINESS FOR ITS A DISASTER AND THAT THEY SHOULD KEEP THEIR MONEY! SO NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!

After using Hagan for 20 years (multiple fences & gates at multiple houses), I just recently had a bad experience with them. Needed some repair work done and called their office. They send a sales guy out who said he would look at the damage and give me a quote. 3 days later I call him after not hearing from him and he quotes me an outrageous price ($640) for what should have been an hour or two worth of work max - in fact, I ended up fixing the gate myself for $20 in hinges in under 2 hours. Before doing it myself, I called and left a voicemail for the manager of this location to inquire as to why their bid was so high - and I still have not received a return call. Hagan just lost any future business from me.
