I was greeted when I entered when the man was helping a customer and when I left . However not one time while I was looking around for something specific did an associate approach me to ask me if I needed any assistance. So that’s why I’m leaving one star . I will not be back

If I could leave less of a star I would very smart assy people I had problems with a motor got smarted off too and belittled I just started doin the RC thing my brushed motor that came with the Traxxas slash burnt out tried to go brushless and I cant get my truck to go past 10 mph with the brushless motor I bought from this store show people how to do stuff explain stuff yall have alot more products than the Jackson Ms store but yall have some bad employees will NEVER shop here again!

I brought in my 33 yr old Team LOSI JRX2 for a battery replacement. Staff were friendly and helpful. Didnt mind opening up some boxes to test fit various batteries for an old car and we finally came up with a solution. Now my son can play around with a piece of kit from 1988. Thats what Im talking about lol. Thanks HobbyTown Mobile.

Nice little small business where they care about keeping your business in the future. It gives off the vibe of an old time hobby shop. The layout and the subject matter are all what you would expect from an old school hobby shop. Much better than Hobby LOBBY who is more of a crafts store than hobby shop.

Looking for a new project or hobby, look no further. This place has so many things you can pick from and the tools to do it. We mostly shop there for Gundam because its the best place to find kits at an amazing price and they carry practically every tool we need. If they dont have it, they can check about ordering it for you. The staff has always been nice and open to sharing information they have to help with whatever project at hand. They even have an aisle for childrens crafts and toys. Definitely a worthy stop on any hobby persons travels.

My husband frequently visits here for his RC cars, they have really cool things here.

Loved this place as a kid and still love it now. Lots of fun things to do with your kids to get their faces out of their electronics.

This store has great inventory and a super helpful and nice staff.I brought in my Losi SBR for a repair, they didnt have the part... so they guy made it no charge! Couldnt believe it, so I bought a new Ryft from them too... cant say enough good things, if you need anything RC theyre awesome!

Me and wife stopped by there from another store one day. Been going th e re ever since and we live hour drive from there. Reason why for a small store they have a great selection. The staff is very nice and reafy to help. They make you comfortable about needing help and right there to help you. If person thats helps you dont know question they dont try to fake it but instead go to find out what they need to know to answet your qusstion

That being said I wanted to give these guys a great one for going above and beyond to help me make informed purchases and to help with questions that I have about products. I have bought 3 R/C trucks and quite a few parts and upgrades here this year. The owners and staff are very knowledgeable and don’t mind taking time to help. Even when it’s close to closing or when the store is packed full of people. R/C parts are easy to find and buy online but you simply can not beat the service, advice and help that you get here. Support a friendly local business and pay them a visit!!

Got this cool little model to build. Cant wait to see how it turns out & get another one! They always have such cool stuff here. My boyfriend always buys things for his planes that he flys here. Very happy with what we got & with what they have here. Even when we dont buy anything, its always fun to look around.

For those traveling I want to be clear on something..... the name doesnt mean ALL HOBBIES, just RC vehicles and Model kits. That being said we totally loved this place. Helpful employees and lots of stock so that you can not have to wait for online purchases. Yes they have gundam, gunpla, dragonball, car and star trek models.

Drove from Gulfport to visit this store. Had a fantastic experience. They have a great selection of Gundam models at prices that are hard to beat. I definitely will be coming back very soon.

This place is a hidden gem! Unlimited hobby potential in house. And the staff is fully knowledgeable and always willing to help with whatever question and/or problem you have. Breaking out the wrenches and getting something fixed for someone an willing to teach as they do it!!

Awesome place Great customer service

Came in for some propellers and spare motor mount screws for my FPV Drone. I spoke with the owner who was very helpful and assisted me in finding the right side screw for my motors. He did not have any 3 blade props in stock, but asked what kind most people are using nowadays and said he would get some in stock. I would have liked to purchase some more spare parts as he was very helpful, but he didnt have what I needed lol. I will certainly be ordering to the store for my parts instead of shopping online to support a friendly local business owner.

This store has a little of everything. Employees are very helpful . A little pricey tho. This store is definatly worth checking out.

Selection is good. Customer service is great with the exception of 1 person but if you walk in and talk to the right person youll be helped with what ever you need.

Not a bad hobby shop but the only problem Ive had in going there is several times over the years Ive had the misfortune of dealing with some smart-a$$ed young late teens to early 20-something kid who in a roundabout way would arrogantly talk down to me and/or answer my questions with a disinterested tone tone of voice. I though it was just me but Ive seen this behavior towards other customers. The owner and his wife are very nice and a pleasure to deal with but some of his younger employees could use some serious training on dealing with people! These sour encounters have caused me to start buying more and more of my hobby supplies online and only use Hobbytown USA when I need something right away.

Was there today (3-17-18) little after three. The staff was fantastic, they were very informative and patient. I will definitely be returning here next time I am in town.

My wife bought me a airplane kit at another Hobbytown usa. I wanted to exchange the kit for one of the same price because I already had that kit. Wouldnt do it. Asked if I was gonna buy anything else, I said yes, a receiver, called someone on the phone, he said not enough. I get that these are franchises and individually owned, bit so is McDonalds and they stand by company policy. And they wonder why we buy from online hobby shops. Dont waste your time with these guys.

My friend Eric Sims should own this establishment considering how much he invests in his r.c. All chromed out, and will literally do over 100 miles per hour! Its amazing!
