We want to publicly thank you for the help in our desperate times. I own CAMS Automotive Service in Kenner and our building was tore up real bad from hurricane IDA. We lost six of our over head doors and most of the roof as well as a lot of other damage. As soon as we were able to get phone access we tried to get some one to replace the doors. Over and over we were told it would be between 14 and 19 weeks before they could get to us. I found VES Specialists and read many good reviews so I called them. They said they had someone finishing up a job in my area tomorrow who could come meet me and measure everything and get me a quote. After he left some one called me from the office with a quote she went over it on the phone with me. We still had no access to the internet and could not open any thing on the phones. They started the next week and was finished in a few days. I wish I could remember the lady in the office and the guys who did the work names so I could give personal recognition. I highly recommend VES Specialists. They replaced our shop bay doors after Hurricane Michael. Prompt service and great prices, both of which were very hard to find at that time. Everybody has been very friendly and helpful. Eric recently came out for a service call and was a great help! Great company to work with.

This company is by far has the best pricing in town for commercial and residential garage doors repairs and installation. I’ve uploaded some pictures of the type of work that they do. I’ve been using them for years for residential work and have been referring them to my friends for commercial work and they never seem to disappoint in customer satisfaction. I called VES after the first place I called told me they couldn’t come out until the next week and within the hour Kyle was there and fixed the spring in our garage and was done in 45 minutes. Very reasonably priced as well! Highly recommend.

I called on Monday afternoon to request a quote to replace springs, Kyle and his crew showed up a few hours later to give the quote and said they could go ahead and make the repairs right the . Excellent customer service, I was expecting a visit for a quote, and then schedule a time when they could fix my door. They were in and out in 30-45 minutes, and the work is top notch. I called VES for an emergency door repair after 5pm, VES stepped up and sent a tech over that was in the area, 30 min to fix the problem and get our door working again. Highly recommend.

These guys are legit! They came out same day and charged about 2/3 of the nearest quote I received from other companies. Plus, they went above and beyond to adjust some smaller things (no charge) so that my garage door will last longer. Class act, great price, great work. Cant say enough.

I called at 1:32 PM and by 3:30 on a Sunday, Kyle had came out and repaired my garage door to get it to open up again. He also oiled up my chains to take some of the sound out of it. The price for repair was reasonable. Will turn to this company more in the future.
