I busted a kitchen window and couldnt find a replacement anywhere. Literally people were giving me up to 6 months to get a window ordered and delivered. I called and spoke to Tiffany. She was super friendly and helpful. They had to order the piece but they were able to remove all the broken glass and install a new pane. And, the best part, it was in my own window, so no issues with it not fitting properly.5 stars across the board.

The installer was nice and professional, but his helper left broken glass on the ground and a razor blade on the window seal where my children could easily get to and cut themselves. He also did a very poor job with the silicone.

After a hurricane, we had a section of glass on an old type, aluminum, twin, grid window to break. Replacement would have cost $800.00, and I would have had to buy two more sets so the windows on the same wall would match. The “Guru” came in a hurry, and made it look brand new. He was fast, courteous and very professional, and even took the time to advise us on an upcoming project. He charged us less than $200.00!!! I would highly recommend The Glass Guru.
