Mobiles best kept secret, if you dont already know🔥Best hummus in town. They do house made specialty grape leaves on Fridays, their feta dip is a must have, its insanely good! Best gyros in town. LARGE selection of seasonings, most you cant find locally and very well priced. Fantastic beer and Wine selection. Only place to get Feta in the brine; they carry Greek, French, and Bulgarian. All in all dont sleep on this place. RUN dont walk; you wont regret it.

Not so much international stuff, and what we found was overpriced(compared to other stores) even the basic stuff like spices, and even came home with some expired items! The place is not the cleanest to be honest so we decided not to eat anything there, we were disappointed, has huge potential unfortunately not taken care properly! We live in Spanish fort and usually go to gulf shores or Pensacola for international goodies and there is a huge difference!!!!!!

Absolutely delicious sandwiches! I had the turkey, provolone and my husband had the traditional gyro. We also had eggplant dip and feta dip - wonderful!The assortment of herbs and spices in this place is excellent. Its worth going just for the smell when you walk through the door!!!They are following the mask mandate and social distancing 🥰Also, bring your own shopping bag!Highly recommend!!!

The gyros are great! Ever since I moved to Mobile Ive been looking for a great place to get a gyro and Ive found it! There is a great selection of wine, spices, tea, grains and beer. I havent tried everything from the deli counter yet but I plan to!

I love this place. Its a bit of a niche spot in Mobile, but its wonderful. The grocery store is great. If you need any sort of international seasoning or ingredient, particularly Mediterranean, this is your spot. There seasoning selection is wide and their prices are more than reasonable. Compared to name brands like Mccormick Food Pak is hands down the better option. That said the best part of Food Pak is the deli. The gyro is amazing. A perfect pita rolled around well cooked lamb with tomato onion peppers and lettuce makes for a wonderful, filling, and affordable lunch.

Hidden gem of counter service made to order menu. Falafels are exceptional. Olive salad yum but doesnt need peppers. Property needs attention and business could increase, customers would feel more invited. Outside patio could easily feel more inviting with a little love. Convenience store pricing. Seems like restaurant supply. Interesting finds. Not particularly friendly. One high counter shelf type place to perch on stool n eat, well suited for solo.

The food is wonderful and the market is unique in Mobile. Get the gyro, feta dip and the olive salad.

Amazing choice of exotic foods and spices from all over the world. The gyro was fresh and delicious. I will be back again to try something new and different. The staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating to visitors with little or no experience with their products.

I adore Food Pal. My favorite part about shopping their are the exotic aromas of varying spices that greet you immediately from the parking lot. And you must try a Lamb Gyro. You will never want a Gyro from any place else. The staff are all so very friendly and helpful. And you can always find just about anything you are needing to prepare a perfect Mediterranean meal at home.

I love this place!!! They always have something I miss from Russia and Europe. Big assortment of international wine. The owner is very nice and polite! They are going plastic free so bring your bag with you!

I have no clue how Ive lived in Mobile for nearly 30 years and have never been here until now. This place SMELLS fantastic when you walk in the door. Their food is delicious and they have shelves upon shelves of authentic spices, sauces, and so much more. This place is so unassuming from the outside, but once you walk in those doors, prepare to be awed.

This little shop is wonderful. I always find something new to me and the beer selection is okay. The main reason we go here is for the gyros and the hummus. Both are wonderful. The gyro is always fresh and the hummus is made in house. They also have cheese, olives, and other things in the fresh case. A must stop everytime we are in Mobile.

Wonderful family and wonderful little hidden gem. Food Pak has some great finds that you cant get anywhere else in Mobile. I would recommend ordering some of the hummus or cheese dips from the counter. Also, they have some of the elusive san pellegrino flavors that local grocery stores dont carry.

I love the variety of spices they offer. Anytime I need something that is normally difficult to find, such as dried lavender or whole spices instead of ground, I almost always am able to find it here.

Great bulk spices. Terrific wine selection with case prices, good beer selection too. Nice selection of feta style cheeses and olives. Good middle eastern grocery and sandwich bar. The falafel pita is my favorite, with just the right amount of tahini, tomatoes and shredded lettuce; the gyros are delicious too, but either are made better with a little side of the eggplant dip.

Great news! We found Aloha Maid Guava soda, made in Hawaii. We may get Aloha Soy Sauce tomorrow and Aloha Maid POG (Passion Fruit, Orange and Guava) soon and Lion Coffee soon also all from Honolulu

Food Pak International Foods is a grocery/lunch counter with limited seating by the window. The food that they serve is amazing! We had the muffuletta and it tasted just like the original muffuletta from Central Grocery in my hometown of New Orleans---even the bread was the same! They also have a great assortment of spices, rices, and products that you would need to make Indian/Asian food.

Muffaletta was ok. Anyone saying theyre as good as the ones in New Orleans have never had one from Central Grocery. J/S
