Great selection of powders, bullets (projectiles) for reloading, and at the moment just about the best place Ive found to find ammo. Always had wonderful service, though they seem to stay busy. Will always consider them my first choice for anything to do with reloading or factory ammunition as long as guns and ammo are still legal in the future.

Purchased a Ruger 10 / 22 today. The staff was polite and very knowledgeable about their inventory. After selecting the Ruger i also purchased ammo and 25 round magazines and a gun cleaning kit. They told me I wasnt going to need the cleaning kit for awhile and could wait on it if i wanted to. Nice to know theyre not going to oversell people buying for the fist time. Again, no complaints - went smoothly, and Im enjoying my new rifle.

Normally a good store to go to. Was a bit of a surprise though to drive all the way from Robertsdale to find that they are now closed on Saturdays, buy their listing says open.

Made an offer on a consignment item. Offer was accepted by owner after I had returned home. I live quite a distance from Mobile. I agreed to purchase item after the weekend when I could drive back to the shop. Followed up the next business day to inform the staff I would be driving down the next day to purchase the item and was informed item had sold.

The sales person was very friendly and professional. The prices are the best anywhere Ive seen, the selection is awesome. Seeing how there are only 2 places in Mobile to buy firearms other than walmart and pawn shops, this is the place to go they are the best in town. Highly recommend.

I would do business with this company again I’ll ask her when I was a first come going to buy a gun and I had nine dollars less than what the gun cost must say that they kept it around until I come back with the rest of the money to get it and for all you don’t understand why they wouldn’t take it is because there have a very slim margin that they make on gun sales so they cannot really afford to give anyone any kind of deals if they lose nine dollars off me and they turn around and do that 10 times they lost $90 which may not seem like a lot to you but to a family company it does

Highly recommend! Best store around! Some of their stuff is more expensive than internet prices like one other reviewer mentioned, but what Ive found is that usually after shipping and transfer fees its right at the same price. And Id much rather go to a local store than buy something online.

Mobile Shooting Center is the best in town, and for a long distance outside of town. Their prices are consistently lower than anyone else nearly 100% of the time (on firearms), their staff are very helpful, and know a great deal, and they are the nicest folks youd every want to meet. One anonymous poster here talked about buying a new firearm, and it was 2 years old... Well, you can also go to a car dealer and get last years car. Still new. I would imagine that person got an excellent deal. These people are not dishonest in any way. I have never - ever - had any issues with them. They have always stood behind everything I ever got from them, and they even help me with items I got before I knew about them. They even helped me fix a gun that I broke (and I mean _I_ broke it, through my own stupidity), and they didnt charge me anything other than their hard costs. (Shipping to the OEM.)I have bought at least 1/2 dozen firearms from them in the last few years, and they are 100% on all of them.

They didnt have what I was looking for. They could order it, but werent very competitive on the price with a nearby store. They were very nice though and answered every question I had.

They carry reloading powder but it is not visible and you never know what they have in stock. You always have to ask what they have and often they are not sure and have to go somewhere out back to find out, They nearly always act like it is a pain to check stock. The prices on just about everything they sell are higher than Academy and in some cases higher than Bass Pro.They have two handguns in stock that I would like to buy, but they are $150 higher on one and $100 higher on the other before taxes compared to internet prices. I would really like to support local business, but they are just not competitive price wise.

Young blonde woman behind the counter told me the recoil spring guide was the firing pin. She said this with a straight face after handing me a gun to hold without clearing it and while putting her finger on the trigger. Complacency kills.

No shooting range, though when you Google they come up. Higher prices on guns and ammo than most places in town.
