Staff seems confused and ill informed: go to their website and it will tell you they have specific items in stock and ready to be picked up right now - drive to the store and the clerks dont know what the item you are looking for is, where it might be, or if they do actually have it ( even after you explain what it is, give them the brand name and size, and even the price ). After a few minutes while you search the store yourself, they decide Oh. We just sold that. which, while unlikely IS possible. However, when you ( checking on them ) come back to the web site a day or so later, it STILL tells you Hey. We got that in stock.

Most helpful employees. So kind and ready to be there to help you find what you need. I needed screws for a 100 year old piano, and they got it perfect!

Clean. Nice staff. The guy helped my husband find what he needed. They are a little more pricey but well worth to not have to drive allllll the way to Lowes or home depot.

Has a fairly good selection for fast in and out stuff.. Craftsman brand tools are available here. Friendly staff..clean store.So why not 5 stars? What price is marked on the tag has been wrong on three 3 different visits..and all three times price was higher at the register. Once ove 2.00 difference. Yes they corrected it but when you budget for a price you get sticker shock at the register sometimes..Yes I am a repeat loyal customer...Note kinda short store hrs check before you go.

Its a nice store. But prices are kinda high. And it seems like theres always at least 2 to 3 people just hanging out. Think that the over price could be easily fixed with the over staff there. Drop a few unneeded employees, then lower the prices. People would do alot more business there. I mean Walmart is no more than 2 miles away from there. I dont go to Ace unless they have something I absolutely cant get cheaper at another store.... Truth

Professional personnel, had an item I accidentally was charged for that I neither wanted nor recieved, went back with the receipt and was honored a refund no problem.

Ace is always awesome. Kind of pricey, but overall great store.

If Evans Hardware doesnt have it, Ace should. Saves a lot of time and walking versus Homedepot an Lowes plus shopping at Evans and ACE supports LOCAL businesses.
