Matt and his team are knowledgeable about every product and what’s most applicable for each customer.Prices are always reasonable and nothing is overpriced like GNC, etc. Also, free samples if you want to try something new. Will never shop anywhere else. 10/10 would recommend.

Southern nutrition and GNC are full of people dependent on you buying something for the sake of their commission. That is not the case here. when Matthew is going to like you and take care of you no matter what. Matthew is more worried about your well being then him making money. He is an awesome guy. I walked in and noticed it wasnt as packed with supplements as say a gnc but what I did see was that everything they carry has great reviews and works. If your into serious lifting I would totally recommend this place. They do a fantastic job of helping me pick out the right supplements and we went over ingredients. Didnt try to upsell me on anything and some things were actually put back on the shelf because he believed I wouldnt need them for my goals. 10/10
