Called to order parts for my wife to pickup for me to bring to Texas. The man was very rude and hung up on me twice. I thought the first time was an accident so I called back just to get hung up on again. Terrible supply house with bad customer service.

Called them at 430 was told they close at 5 .....arrived there a 445 to find the door locked .. when I spoke to them I told them I was on my way there ....if they planned on closing early would have been nice to let me know....also when I arrived there was someone sitting in there truck ....not sure if it was an employee or someone waiting for an employee.....just not cool for them to not mention the fact that they were closing early

Was able to get a good quality water heater for less than the cost at the big box stores. Tony was super helpful, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Will keep them in mind for my next home project.

I have made purchases from Southern Pipe and Supply for years but more recently purchased items for our new home. As always, GREAT customer service; efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly employees. Always my first stop for plumbing needs!

They do not stock culverts, he has to order them, which takes about a month to get.
