Unfortunate yall have some rude lady answering your phones, very simple process to have a conversation to understand callers needs & wants, might want to invest in sales/marketing/customer service training....

Great company to work for, truly cares about the customer, great items to offer, and we service some of the areas largest employers. Wouldn’t want to work for anyone else.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Too bad 0 stars isnt a option bc they definitely deserve that rating. Impossible to deal with. Will tell you whatever you want to know while ordering but once uniforms come in they forgot anything they promised when you ordered. Dont bother.

If I could give this branch of Cintas a negative number I would. I work with a company and have used them for 10 years and they are always messing up orders. If you can use someone else.

Over a year back and forth when i had a fitting and gave them exact style numbers. I ended up with uniforms i was not allowed to wear to work. $550 uniform vouch wasted 2 years running bc they kept delivering the wrong uniforms. Still had to wear threadbare old uniform pants bc they would not bother to listen and order the correct clothes. Ended up going to Leos. Ridiculous.

This company had the account for my husbands shipyard. I hated using them. Most of the time I washed his clothes at home, but if items became torn, burned, worn out or just needed to be replaced, Id mark tags and send them in. I cant tell u how many times they didnt send back the same amount of clothes or they didnt mend (fix) the issues. Heck one time my husband got back his clothes and they stunk like dirty socks. Finally because of all the complaints, the shipyard quit using this company.

I just felt like lightening the mood. GO CINTAS
