By far my favorite adult store. I’ve been a customer for years now and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable, and they’ve got TONS of inventory. Great prices for toys and lube, I have never bought any lingerie but possibly soon!

The Best Adult Novelty store i have been to yet. Ive grown up in mobile and visited all the stores we have and this one is BY FAR the BEST one. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about all the products. They had a huge selection and for great prices. The staff actually tries to find you the best item you are looking for and for the best price. The toy i bought was recommended by the staff. I had one picked out and asked her about it but she suggested something else and it was actually cheaper and i LOVE IT! im so happy she helped me and made this recommendation. This will definitely be the only shop i go to and refer everyone i know to this store. THANK YOU THE GIFT SPOT!!!

Cant go wrong with this place. You name they have got it. There staff is great. They were so helpful when hubby and I were trying to come up with ideas to spice things up a little for Valentines Day. Everyone was so wonderful, non-judgemental of the fact that I was a little uncomfortable in my own skin. The girls were able to help me pick out lingerie that looked great on and made me feel good about myself. They also had these great little gift ideas that were already put together that were great for gift giving. They really were so nice. I will surely be returning!

I was passing through town today and visited another store prior to this one and had a HORRIBLE experience. I came to the gift spot expecting a similar experience but it was absolutely wonderful. I cant say enough good things about it. The staff was SO helpful with my questions and had a huge selection for men. Very glad i decided to stop in this store. it will definitely be the only one i go to when i come to this town. Thank you all for making my experience one to remember.

Could not rate this any high. This business is the perfect representation of class and sophistication. They take the taboo out of the experience and turn it into a very pleasurable one. The store was immaculate and didnt not feel grungy at all, like most other stores like this. They had such a wide variety of toys, lubes, lingerie, etc. A beautiful store and wonderful staff. Highly suggest that this be your first Adult Novelty stop.

This place has reallyGone downhill. Plus their employees leave stellar reviews on their own store and negative ones on the competition, which is illegal to promote and LIE about by the way. Better hope no one calls them on that seriously or their will likely be issue with the law. Either way not pleased with my experiences here. Don’t waste your time.

I cannot rate them highly enough! Every member of their staff is beyond helpful, extremely educated, and extraordinarily kind and welcoming. They always use inclusive language, refrain from judgement, and do their very best to help with anything and everything. They helped make our Sex Ed event a roaring success by being so generous and informative. Their shop is clean, welcoming, and pleasant, and I recommend shopping there over anywhere else! Their selection is vast and they work to help you find the best product within your budget. If I could rate higher, I would!

My wife and I stopped in while traveling, we were bored at the hotel so went exploring and stumbled across this place. Wow. Its certainly not what you think of when you picture an adult store. It was bright, CLEAN, and inviting. NONE of the sleazy aspects you normally expect. Both employees were attractive young women who were cheerful, professional and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere made it easy and comfortable to ask questions. They took the taboo and embarrassment out of the experience. We learned so much about the toys and functions as well as care and cleaning. Superb service. The knowledge alone was worth the trip. If you are a couple or young woman that is nervous about such things, or curious, I highly recommend going here first.

Rude staff. Too busy chatting with other customers that seem to be doing nothing but talking instead of shopping. After I finally got some help, I learned that this place allows you to try on lingerie (albeit highly overpriced and really cheaply made lingerie). I thought that was gross and I did not buy anything. Went to NT for better customer service. But unfortunately neither place is a good for finding nice lingerie.

If I could put a negative star, I would definitely give them a -5 star. Rude customer service, condescending attitudes and just an over all cold demaemor towards customers. They refused to answer any questions or offer guidance about some of the products I was interested in. I took my my business to another adult novelty store and have found the quality service I ask for as a patron. Never going back to the g spot. 13/10 would NOT recommend

Just moved to the area and found this awesome shop. From the outside you cant tell how much stuff they have but trust me there is a great variety of products. The staff was friendly and right there when I had any questions. I cant recommend this shop enough.

I was in their store a few days ago and the I have to say I’m severely disappointed by the lack of diversity in products. Over priced, poor quality, terrible customer service, and plain unprofessional business tactics when dealing with customers. If they aren’t outright ignoring you, they pressure you, follow you around the store and make you feel so uncomfortable just being in the store. I will never go back, and I highly recommend people take their business else where, especially if you are wanting a pleasant shopping experience. I have never felt like my business was so unwanted, or that my business would be considered a nuisance to THEIR ESTABLISHMENT. Highly HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU SPEND YOUR MONEY THEIR.

I visited the store with my boyfriend over the holidays. We were excited to find some new toys to change up our bedroom scene, looking to the employees for guidance in our interests. We were shown the most expensive products and other items that had questionable efficacy. We bought some of the suggested items, to our eventual disappointment. One toy broke the same night, the other highly recommend items did not work as the employee had said it would. We were very disappointed. Looking back on the experience as a hole, the scene was definitely a typical dirty sex shop, employee persona included. Long story short, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I understand there is an age limit and that’s fine but when you are 30 and they don’t let u in because u won’t show ID is ridiculous I felt like a little child. The man working there wasn’t even friendly at all, so it made me not want to go get my drivers license from the car and go back in. No wonder they have 3 stars. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

The lady that I talked to while I was there was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable about all the product, I was able to talk her to about things and didnt feel judged. Prices are decent. Large selection of toys and outfits. I tell everyone about this place.

I’ve been here so many times and the employees ruin it. I’ve seen (and smelled) them drinking alcohol while working and talking to visitors. One of the young men was once even trying to be discrete in the parking lot when selling or giving out what appeared to be pills of some sort. Sometimes there have been groups of people appearing to be idly standing around just talking to the employees. Prices are noticeably jacked up if you look at amazon or any other site or store for comparison, you will find much more reasonably priced items. Expected more professionalism, even if it is an adult store. I’ve even seen the use of those vape pens while inside by employees. Have not been pleased with my experiences here.

Wonderful atmosphere. Sometimes adult stores could make me a little uncomfortable. Not here. The employees are all great, the merchandise is tastefully displayed. This doesnt have that back ally feel that some adult novelty stores give.

Disgusting building, disrespectful staff, and overly high prices. I received no help, was hung up on when asking about a product before going in to the store. Ordered a toy off amazon for half the price of the one in stores. Ain’t gonna be back and recommend others to take their business elsewhere.

Bought wife a Hitachi Magic Wand unit died less than two weeks old and cost $80. The unit was used for less than probably 5 minutes total.Im starting to wonder if this wasnt one of the cheap Amazon knockoffs they sell for $30 and theyre selling as the original.

Every time I shop here they are extremely helpful! They always answer my questions, explain how to clean and charge the toys I buy and even stopped me from buying the wrong lubrication for my toy. I will never shop anywhere else!
