They still practicing Social Distancing here. They have their signs posted on the sliding doors and to the side. They only allow 3 people in at a time. One person being helped at the counter, one person standing back to the left corner and one person standing back to the right corner.If a 4th person come up which is unusual, then they wait outside the door to the right. They also have partitions/plexiglasses up at the counters.

Terrible local drivers!!! Wife was waiting on her new phone because we all know how 2 year olds are with Momma’s cell phone… status said “delivered” at 0900 that morning, still no package at 1200 so I called them, jumped through hoops, they wanted me to wait 24 hours for an “investigation” I refused to wait 24 hours and finally after an hour and a half on the phone with every employee FedEx has I finally get through to local dispatch, I can hear her on speaker phone talking to the driver, he “couldn’t find my house” sooooo you marked it delivered and what? What was going to happen, was he going to steal our package and make us file a claim to wait another 6 months for a resolution!?! Corporate needs to investigate the Mobile, AL FedEx distribution center hub and the drivers!!!

I was waiting on my delivery for Saturday and at 12:37pm I received a delay beyond our control and too my surprise fedex did not show or give and update until 4:53 pm when I called customer service they told me that the delay was due to a hurricane. My question is what hurricane cause ida was last week… and today I still don’t have a time as too when fedex needs to stop playing with people and there packages

They just left a package at my door that was severely damaged. It states on the box in large letters, LITHIUM ION BATTERIES. DO NOT LOAD OR TRANSPORT PACKAGE IF DAMAGED. I dont know if I should open or not but I would be embarrassed to deliver someones property in that condition. Common sense.

They stated the package was delivered and it wasn’t!!!!!!!! I haven’t spoke to a manger or supervisor yet!!! My packaged stated it was delivered today at 3:35 and I’ve been outside my house since 8:30 patiently waiting to see my daughters face when she opens it and then they lie and say it was delivered…. My question is to where…. My address km outside how and when with no signature!!!!!

Worst delivery drivers there are. Driver runs up to my house and places missed delivery notification on storm door, then returns to truck. Does not knock on interior door or ring bother to ring doorbell. Caught it all on surveillance camera. Had to drive into town to pick up my own package after waiting home all day for signature required delivery. Called customer service to find all customer service is handled out of USA, English is second language.

Horrible, I will not even order from companies that use fedex. I have been trying to get a particular product that the company only uses fedex. Well, here we go again. 2 months and no package. I have over 20 emails of them changing delivery times. I eve had them hold it at a fedex center. Got home and it was sent back. What a nightmare. Still trying to get this package. Customer service is suppose to call me (for the 3rd time) I dont hear from them UPS is the only way

4 3/4 stars. If the sign says only 3 people in, please enforce it. Gentle reminders. Customers should not take masks off in the center of the floor and speak over the distance to an employee. Otherwise, all is well at FedEx.

The fedex services shills all be consolidated. They were helpful but they dont do freight you have to do somewhere else to do that.

Tried to deliver my package but never knocked on the door

They can never find my house. When they do find my house they beat on my door. I had a package that was supposed to be here Friday. Its spent the entire day on the truck. Then today, Saturday, it was on the truck. Now apparently it will be here Monday, which is late for me. I seriously cannot stand FedEx. I wish I was allowed to pick which shipping facility companies used when delivering to my house because this one is awful.

They said the package would be delivered on Friday. They did not even attempt to deliver on Friday or Saturday, and they will not deliver it on Sunday. Absolutely unacceptable.

I have lived in the same house for the last 22 years. FedEx has yet to complete a correct delivery. Today they said they knocked on my door and no one answered and Ive been here in my house the whole time I have filed three complaints today. They do not care if they do their job. They do not earn the money that they make. This was an Express shipment and theyre still going to take longer than the US snail mail.

Counter clerk was very nice, remeasured the box I was sending which saved me money. She also offered me water because I was out of breath due to pain walking into the store. It meant a lot to me.

Worst company I have ever had try and deliver a package they couldn’t find my apartment number the first day so I called and gave them the number now today April 13 2021 they still didn’t up date it had to call again and update it for a second time no wonder amazon is better then them never again will I use this company I gave them a one but that’s because I can’t give them anything lower

I would like to thank Fedex express for delivering on Saturday..my package was 3 days late and I was told I wouldnt get it until Monday which would have been 3 more days but they delivered it on Saturday.

Would give less stars. Had a package that in one end said out for delivery and on their site said delivered. Come to find out that they “ couldn’t find address” everyone has shipped to my house, usually packages every other day. So I had to call India to find out what is going on and they just have it sitting at the store and I have to pick it up.. what kind of shipping is that??? It’s over a hour round trip. I could have just drove to the store and bought the item. Very disappointed, will not use fedex especially this location in the future.

This location stays busy most times and while there are people there who work behind the counter, they never seem in a hurry or even remotely interested in customer service. Most times my packages are prepared with a label in advance, so Im usually in and out. I have witnessed on several occasions while waiting in line, none of the staff even acknowledge me until Im the next in line. Basic customer service and a simple Hi, well be with you momentarily should not be such a stretch for these folks, but good luck if you get one. I never have.

Choose UPS or USPS. Fedex lost three packages shipped from Dell. Horrible customer service: weB page gave a single non-working contact telephone number for a Customer Service Representative, no way to make telephone contact with local Fedex office - gave the same non-working corporate telephone number, email delivery updates continues to say “delivery pending“ for a week. Do yourself a favor, use USPS or UPS. Fedex is not serious about customer service..

Out of all the packages i get delivered by Fedex and usually damaged in some way it is still delivered and left on my porch. Today they decided not to leave my package on the porch. This one happen to be a prototype for a client I am meeting in the morning. There isnt a signiture required so no reason not to leave it. I am in the middle of 15 acres and no one around me. And of coarse when you call them their is nothing they can do. What they dont know is my camara system has the driver not even stopping turns around and leaves. Someone was there if they hand even attempted to contact someone they would have. UPS isnt any better buy at least they would have left it and not put me in this situation. I put in a request for the manager to call me to see if I can get it delivered. But I dought they even care.

The staff here is usually pretty uninterested in customer service from the handful of times Ive had to visit. The icing on the cake was getting something shipped to this store for holding. They didnt bother to receive it, instead claiming that customer not present without so much as a phone call. My contact info was on the shipping label. They put it back on the truck and it went back to Utah. I will never step foot in this facility again if I can help it.

One lady who helped me was friendly but Beverly needs a serious attitude adjustment. 🙄 If you dont like dealing with the public get another job hateful lady.

I missed the delivery truck when it came to the house and since I was waiting for my new phone I decided to go to Shipping Center. The lady at the desk was very helpful. The truck wasnt back yet so I had to wait. She let me use the rest room then even came outside, where I was sitting in my car waiting, to let me know when the truck arrived. Great people, great service.

I would give this company a negative number rating if I could. They conspired and stole solid gold coins from me and my husband. Yes, it was one of their employees. Even though we insured the package, we were not even given half of what it was worth. What is even the point of insuring it if they dont stand by what you have insured it for? I will never use FedEx again. Horrible company and employee. Very dishonest and evil.

Had to ship a diamond ring last minute I was super scared but Denese behind the front desk, customer service was excellent she took care of me and my ring arrived safely to its destination. Also there was another woman there I dont know her name but her comedic banter is enough to keep me coming to that FedEx and that FedEx only. I felt welcome there even though I have no idea what I was doing. The type of customer service she gave should be on a district level.

Associate was more interested with another customers hair style than looking up the label information I needed to ship my package . I was on a deadline and she had no since of urgency. What should have taken a few minutes took over 5 minutes.

I scheduled my delivery online between 6-8pm because I was in Birmingham. Instead, a delivery attempt was made around 12:20pm. For some reason, FedEx didnt receive my email request, so I had to pick up my package. I even showed the lady my email confirmation, but she couldnt find it in the system. Despite the mix-up, I was happy to get my new smartphone! The pickup was only a mile or so from my home.

Said they tried to deliver pkg but they could not get through locked gate. Got text msg saying that. I called to let them know that we do not have locked gate and the next excuse was they could not get a delivery vehicle down our road. I told them if that was the case I would meet them at the main road and they said they had other deliveries to make (would have taken less than 1 minute) Apparently the customer does not matter to them. This is the 2nd time they have used these excuses...I will not give them another chance

I am starting a work from home job today at 8am. The company sent the computer through FedEx. Big mistake. It was supposed to be delivered Thursday. The computer missed the overcrowded plane in Tennessee. Fedex Delivery info is never accurate. Called 800 ..to get a delivery time. Rep says I can go get it but I have 30 min before they close. So I Went to the shipment center to pick it up Friday afternoon. Front desk employee says its locked until Monday 😟 Thanks for Nothing. I hate FedEx

Extremely bad customer service. I call customer service and they hang up with me. They lost my package on multiple occasions. Most recently my 300 dollar laptop. Do not use FedEx unless you want to get Fedup.

I called asking if my package was here and they said it was so i drove 40 minutes to pick it up and this location proceeded to tell my husband and i they didnt have it and it could be there tomorrow. Mind you we paid $35 for shipping an envelope!!! So i do not recommend this place!!

SO at my place of employment that has a hard concrete counter top, the fedex driver, Charkita Smith, comes in and SLAMS down the package that contains a mirror (a package that reads FRAGILE GLASS HANDLE WITH CARE) and says sign here. the package wasnt heavy. I said maam thats a mirror she said and I quote oh I dont care Im just trying to get the right address to deliver to. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! and the management still has not called me back to rectify this matter!! clearly dont care!!!!

Got home today to find my package on the porch. Crushed on the side. Opened the package and parts are missing. This is even worse because the parts are replacements for other parts missing from another shipment that the manufacturer replaced for free. Cant find a local number for fed-ex and customer service says they dont have a number they can give out. All I wanted was for the driver to look on the shelf to see it the small part was sitting there. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! If you cant do any better than this or at least have true customer service, maybe you shouldt be in the shipping business.

Service is exceptional and the staff is much better than the staff at the local stores considering this is an actual shipping center. I will always go here rather than the UPS store up the street for my shipping needs.

I have had multiple issues with Fedex...don’t bother tracking your shipment, they will say “in transit” and deliver it whenever they want....on THEIR SCHEDULE! Each time I have gone in the store they are rude and act like they don’t want to be there. Last Christmas I had multiple gifts for my wife to ship in and after being 3 days past due I went to the store to see what the deal was. The girl at the counter simply said “my bad, it looks like we haven’t unpacked the truck yet; it should be out by tomorrow.” Save yourself some trouble and go through UPS.

The lady in there was not helpful at all she didnt try to help,all she was worrying about 2:00 so they can close and it was 1:00p.m.

Fed ex driver just cancelled my delivery due to fog. I just video taped my hole driveway and main road in front of my house with no fog I am going to post the video everywhere I can to let people know how poor of service through fed ex!! I paid 45.00 for overnight shipping on Wednesday and now Friday the 13th at 7:10pm I have to wait until Monday to get my package!!! Since this is for my business is fed ex or the driver that decided t cancel gonna refund my lost profit and my 45.00 overnight shipping charge??

Waiting on an urgent equipment delivery at a store, mind you this is a 24/7 business and when I tracked package it said could not deliver, business closed just another instance where the driver is just plain lazy or doesnt care on Friday.
