I usually never have a problem at this location but there is something to be said about customer service. You are a mail/drop off/pick up facility. The older lady with glasses and longer hair has a nasty attitude. We were shipped a large item from Amazon by their mistake. My husband had to load it on the dolly and bring it to this location. Well while loading this item on the dolly he forget his mask in the truck so I gave him mine. She said you have to have a mask on to be in here. I was by the door. Nowhere close to her. So I gave him the return label and she then repeated it. You have to have a mask on to be in here! I said I heard you the first time I’m going thank you. Then she proceeded to give him attitude about how large the box was. He said he wasn’t sure. She said well we won’t ship anything over 100 lbs. he found the weight on the box and luckily it was 95lbs. Then she said you will have to bring it around here and made him dolly it around the counter to the employee area. All in all this experience could have been more professional and the attitude was totally unacceptable and uncalled for. Again, you are a shipping facility and we were directed to this location by Amazon. If you don’t like your job then please go get another one. You don’t know what people have went through just to drop this item off.
I guess my review was deleted but as a mom sending something back to Amazon that my child couldnt use I dropped it off September 3rd it is now October 4th and I just lost out on my money to return it bc the tracking number says its still at the store... if I didnt have major surgery Id be up their getting answers. Bc I need that money. I have a newborn and now I lost out on what I needed to get her bc your store wont send my stuff off!!
The lady is terrible! Said she couldn’t ship my package that had a light fixture even though Amazon said it was covered she said it was too big and then when I asked her if she had a screw driver for me to take it apart she said no…. Terrible customer service! She doesn’t deserve a jobThe reply to my above comment isn’t helping, I called amazon after I left and they told me you should have taken it, if that was truly the issue your associate should have assisted me with the return like gotten a bigger box or simply helped me take the fixture apart. Lots more options than being rude and sending a customer away. I will not be coming back to this store and complaining to corporate.
The rudest people I have ever experienced. I had my six lb service animal in my arms and the person behind the counter said to go wait outside no dogs allowed. She needs to be trained in the disability act. My dog never barked or made any noise. She is a certified service animal. I will be reporting the store on Monday. Please take all of your business to the Tillman’s Corner UPS store. The are knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
I was advised to send a 6x9 envelope via ground there was only one price of $20.00 and they offered no other prices, or methods of shipping. When it was time to pay, the girl told me I had to pay in cash. I did not have cash, after the label was printed, and she stated “I mean I don’t know. For whatever reason it is saying to me you have to pay in cash and you can’t pay with a card”. No professional, nothing further. What kind of business doesn’t accept debit/credit cards? Seems pretty off. Train your staff. Waste of a trip.
Number listed takes you to national UPS call center. You can’t reach anyone at the store. I met the owner he seamed like a good business man but this is the worst customer service ever. Even the national representative said they had no way of contacting the store!
Sorry customer service they cuss at you and hang up in your face they are the rudest ppl they dont care about anything but standing there talking to each other than doing there jobs
Im very disappointed in the coustomer service. No one in the store could help me to resolve my issue. The staff took my information several times wih a promise to give him the message. After 2 weeks the owner has yet to return my call or attempted to resolve my issue. I will most definitely take my business else where. You have my number ups owner; a call would be appreciated so this issue can be resolved.
Edit in response to the owner: They sold their stores, which were the two highest performing stores in the state, less than a year ago (not that the time frame should matter), so the prices have not changed much, if at all. And yes, I know what the pack and ship guarantee is. All Im saying is for a small box (approx. 10 cube) that does not need to be cut down or have packing material added, the service charge should not be $6+ on top of the price of the box - all the box needed was tape. Other stores have the $2 standard material service charge if thats all that is needed, extra charges are added as extra materials or cutting down are required.I have no issues with the staff, but their services are waaaay overpriced. Went to ship 2 small boxes and the shipping charges were about what I expected since those rates are calculated by the computer, but my total was almost double that price, due to the high box and packing prices. My parents used to own 2 UPS Stores elsewhere and when I gave them the package dimensions and everything, they said the cost would have been about $12 less at their store. I prefer UPS for the shipping experience, so I will be using a different store in the area for now on.
Have used this store several times & find the staff to be professional & helpful. Very good service.
They told me they couldn’t create a label for me and that I had to drive to Prichard. I called ups and they said this wasn’t true. I created my own label online and scheduled a pickup instead. The guy there seemed like he could not be bothered. Didn’t look up my acct or check that was being shipped just said they couldn’t help me.
This store used to be fantastic but no more! The employees are very unprofessional and are not well trained. Two packages have been lost in the past month and I have been to the store in person twice and sent an e mail asking for help with no interest and no resolution. Im taking my business elsewhere
I have been going to this store for the past 4 years and the service was excellent at first but the service has digress year by year. Whether its UPS OR USPS drop off service its not good! At this point I will never return! From the attitudes of employees and services also not a good ups store anymore.I WOULD CHOOSE A DIFFERENT UPS STORE... I know we are in a pandemic and mask are advised even mandatory for those who can wear them. I was told upon entering your store no service without a mask I informed the boys that Im not required to wear one by law Im asthmatic, I carry my prescription with me and I social distance. One of them pointed at the door and I left I took my business else where. It was like an authority complex. Never offered to help at all. Some of my most expensive shipments has gone through this store, ebay and etsy customers will get their packages from else where. My health issues should not be a deciding issue in my service. Although I do understand you fear loosing business and employees getting sick but if they wear them its to protect them. Also loosing business isnt a way to stay open.

By far the best experience I have ever had dealing with not only a print/shipping office, but any type of customer service experience I have ever encountered! Kyle, the store owner, went above and beyond for me. He was very willing, kind, and even went out of his way AFTER THE STORE CLOSED to get me my graduation invitations printed AND HAND DELIEVERED so I could sent them out in time!!! I value customer service very much and it was very refreshing to see this store ran SO WELL! Thank you, Kyle!
RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Be wary of the young male wearing glasses and sporting twists as a hairstyle-go to ANYONE else!! The young man wearing glasses lacked basic, decent & simple customer service. No greeting, no offering assistance, he simply stood there and looked at me. After the process, handed me the receipt looked past me and said, “ I can help the next customer.”This is unacceptable as The UPS Store serves so many people and offers a range of services to accommodate the public. The rudeness I endured was a disappointment in a highly respected company known for its professionalism and expertise. However, the unprofessional service this employee portrayed as a UPS representative lowers your reputation.

I love this UPS store. I always get low prices on the packages I ship across the country, the staff is always friendly, and Ive never had a bad experience there. I have complete brand loyalty to UPS, thanks to Kyle and the store at this location.

Polite and professional staff, was very easy to set up a pmb box. Not all ups stores are this good, i have used them with varying results in 4 states, but this one is one of the best. Brittany was very helpful. They do have a notary also.
Googled where in Mobile I could have a passport photo taken and was directed to this UPS store. When I walked in, I checked the services offered on the board hanging above the counter and sure enough it says that they do passport photos. When I told the attendant what I was there for, she informed me that they don’t do passport photos. Even though in HUGE letters right behind her head it says that they do and online it says that they do. I was incredibly frustrated and inconvenienced.

Overcharges for notary services. $10 per signature when the max they are allowed to charge is $5.oh yeah its a $5 service fee now...plus the $5 you charge....thats charging more than allowed and you are just working around it. takes 1 min to sign 5 papers and you charge over $50. That is insane and wrong and you know it!there was someone ahead of me getting there papers notarized and then someone else after me getting them done....$$$$$$$
My husband and I came into this UPS store today to have a document notarized, but the customer service and communication with the notary was so awful we grabbed our documents and left the store.
