Terrible service. They told me it was in 1 hour and when I went to look for it they had even closed the store. I called the other day and it was not as they were having problems with the laser machine but they did not notify me of anything. They call me to look for it and when I arrive I still waited almost 20 min because they were cleaning it. I do not recommend it and I do not return. 0/10

Terrible service, arrogant and liars 🤥. First and last time I visit them. They kept my phone all day without warning me that it might take more than a day to fix it. When I go to look for him they say that it is in the machine being repaired, I inform him that I was going to wait for him and they keep telling one lie after another. I tell them to give it to me and as expected on the phone they had done absolutely nothing! Never again! 😠

I visited the business to unlock a Cel. LG. They had him several days in the Aguadilla Mall store. From there they transferred him to Moca. They told me finally that you could not. I took it to another place and in 10 minutes they solved it by unlocking it.
