We have been a customer for 20+ years, always very happy with the service we receive from Culligan Water Conditioning of Modesto.

It was a week and my water softener got stuck in a mode that it won’t stop. I tried various things to stop and failed. I then ended up calling Coulligan Water in Modesto who have been servicing my equipment since 2007. I spoke to Bret their the best service man. He took my call on the week and walked me through to stop the system. He then came the following day and got it going.I am not only pleased with the service but also wish that all vendors offer the same level of service.

Have had Culligan in Modesto for 10 years. The service is great and if a problem arises they are right at your home to help with the problem.m moving out of state, and hope that there is a Culligan near my newarea.I

Our experience with Culligan of Modesto really exceeded our expectations. From the initial meeting with sales, to the install crew, very professional, friendly. The end product is simple, clean, safe, awesome water! Our rural application wasnt the easiest to plumb, they made it look easy.

Best Water treatment system, technicians,service, company ever.... and I worked in Construction for 25 years..... I refer Culligan to all my friends and my family! ... the water tastes sooooo good.... even my puppy only drinks the spring water tap on the side of my sink...I even had the system installed in my rental property so my renter and his family had good tasting water too..... Needed to replace my big box store, self installed water softener. Decided rather than replace it again (it has been a few times and they always seem to last 3 or 4 years) I would call Culligan. From the sale to the installation all were very well done, and handled professionally. Now I have a quality system and a agreement with Culligan to service and even take care of the salt. All I have to do is turn on the faucet and use the water!

Technician came and looked at our water softener system and suggested a more cost effective solution. I appreciate that they dont sell customers items not needed and worked with us on our budget. Highly recommend them!

Grateful to have Culligan of Modesto as our water service. We live in an agricultural area and our water is well water. You wouldnt know it.

Had a problem with my system Culligan installed years ago. After a little communication problem was worked out with a employee, the owner stepped in set the appointment to have a repairman fix the problem and its been running like new since. That was the absolute 1st time Ive ever had a issue and was so glad the owner stepped in like a pro and squashed it.

Installation of my system went well. Very smooth. Love that the devices are outside!The team installing were friendly, professional and fast.Great job

Best water quality available in my area and we have tried them all. Wish they sold stands though, but we bought one at Costco so its warrantied.

If I could give zero stars I definitely would. We had Brett come to our residence to take a look at our water softener system and was told he would not even touch our softener because it was too old but he could give us a quote for a new one. After he left our house he stated there would be no service fee since he did not even touch our equipment but surprise we received a $96 bill in the mail. I then called the company and was told I was lying to them and that Brett never said he would make sure we didn’t pay a service fee. Absolutely horrible customer service. Do not call if you are looking for repairs because they will only want to sell you a new unit and bill you for telling you such. We have since fixed our unit ourselves and it is working beautifully!

I love my soft water. It makes a big difference with my childrens skin conditions. We can go a day without soft water and we notice the eczema irritating their skin. The route guy is efficient and always nice.

The responsiveness to my concern was great! Each technician has been friendly and helpful. Couldn’t ask for more!

I am totally satisfied with the quality and service provided by Culligan Modesto. Recently, I had a problem with the soft water system, Culligan had the problem fixed within 24 hours of notification. Everything was covered under the service agreement, plus Culligan adjusted my bill to reflect the inconvenience.

The quality of water we are provided with your unit. From drinking, to cooking, our coffee pot, and yes our animals. Additionally the office staff is friendly, courteous and the monthly service is reasonable!
