This is my personal and HONEST REVIEW of Three amigos auto center. My parents were FIRST TIME BUYERS. They came here looking to get a loan on a used vehicle. That is what they sell here, used vehicles. They were so excited about buying a newer model vehicle so much that they dived in fast without any thought. The reason I gave a RATING of 1 star is because they not only sold my parents a SALVAGED car, the finance company that they gave them for the loan was TERRIBLE. high payments, high interest, mandatory full coverage. And thats not all. Upon inspecting the vehicle mechanically the same year my parents bought the car, I found out that the spark plugs were bad, cabin filter was bad, belts were cracked and worn, all four shocks were bad, air filter was bad. the only good thing out of all of this was the engine, transmission, brakes, A/C and the vehicles interior were good. I found out later on that the rear bumper was repainted with cheap paint and cheap labor. Once you buy from them, they really dont care about anything other than getting their side of the money and throwing you out to the finance company. I found that out in person when I went. Dont get fooled by the clean interior, exterior, and washed engine. If you buy from here, bring a MECHANIC or body man to inspect and drive the car. Better yet, save yourself the trouble, and look elsewhere. I dont see them as my three amigos. amigos means friends in Spanish.

Super Expensive vehicles!! I wouldnt even stop here for vehicles. Just go and buy your self a brand new vehicle from big car dealership NOT used car dealership. Are you shopping for a new car used the costco auto program all you need is to have the costco black card go on the costco website and it will send you only to the car dealer that takes their program and when you choose the vehicle you want and go to the dealership they will also show you the invoice price they pay and make sure you have [ GOOD CREDIT ] so you get better interest rate. Also heads-up DONT BUY GPS FOR YOUR VEHICLE OR 3RD PARTY WARRANTY FOR CHIP WINSHIELD OR TIRES. JUST Ask the dealer that you want WARRANTY from them and ask them you want the higher mileage WARRANTY they have and get gap insurance thats it.

PURCHASE AN SUV THREE YEARS AGO WE THOUGHT WE GOT A DEAL...AND THEY TOTALLY IGNORED THE MOTOR ISSUES THAT THIS SUV HAD!!! WE TOOK IT TO MANY PLACES STILL CANT FIND THE ISSUE WITH THE VEHICLE. WE GOT A HOLD OF THE BANK TO ADVICE THEM THAT THIS DEALERSHIP SELLS BAD CARS AND WE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER BUYING THERE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, MANAGEMENT IGNORES QUESTIONS AND THEY WANTED TO GO THEIR WAY NOT CUSTOMERS WAY. I WILL NEVER BUY AN USED CAR FROM HERE AGAIN. BAD EXPERIENCE. PEOPLE PLEASE GET A NEW CAR THAT CARRIES GUARANTEED NOT AN USED CAR FROM HERE THAT THEY DONT OFFER ANY KIND OF GUARANTEE ON PURCHASE. THEY WILL HUNT YOU DOWN FOR THE DOWNPAYMENT/ANNOYING CALLING AND CALLING FOR THE DOWNPAYMENT/ WHY DONT THEY BOTHER TO SAY THAT THE CAR HAD ISSUES BEFORE PURCHASING??? WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

This place is selling salvaged vehicles when confronted they resolve nothing but offend you... The management is the worst... Protect your money buy somewhere else

I went car shopping about 3 months ago every place bullshitted me and kicked me to the curb due to my age and being a first time buyer until after 3 months i decided to stop at 3 amigos and they had great salesman at first i was looking for something id just like but there salesman told me to not worry on the price and choose a car id really like and be happy with and i ended up taking a car id never be able to take home anywhere else with a really low down payment and a perfect monthly payment. Really great service i recommend for anyone they really work with you!

It took a really long time to get service and they continued to wash and spray water while we where walking around to look at cars. The two vehicles I looked at where quoted over 10k of prices that the same car sold around that area. Also the gentleman that helped me quoted cars without even looking at the car wich made the shopping experience a little off. Im not new at dealerships and shopping around for deals so this place did not leave a good impression.

I totally recommend 3 Amigos Auto Center to purchase any type of vehicle. Señor Marcos was very friendly, honest and helpful when it came down to answering any questions I had. I drove off with my vehicle and by far I couldnt have made a better decision than purchasing from them. Definitely worth the time I spent, plus their customer service was top notch. Just dont, they are very unwilling to work with you. You ask for a type of car you want they show you another. Apparently they keep saying we didnt qualify but as soon as we went to another place we did. Lets say the service doesnt suck, but there cars do. They look like they grab the cheapest ones snack some paint on that. Just go somewhere else, the two hour drive was not worth it for us.

I showed up with the necessity of a new car (my old one in an accident). I told Valentin my budget and most important my credit score and of course what I wanted to put down. He walked around with me without making me feel pressured. He showed me cars and SUV’s that would keep me within the payment range that I wanted. I fell in love with a Sonata! This car loaded; leather seats heated in front and back individually, premium Infinity sound system with I don’t even know how many speakers, power seats, windows, door locks, panoramic sunroof, eco setting for better gas mileage, navigation system, Bluetooth connectivity which I think is a necessity to me so I am able to use hands free while driving, functions on the steering wheel among many other features. The car had low miles and rides like a Cadillac! Three Amigos has been in business for a very long time so I took a try and found it to be a wise decision. And I haven’t even got my taxes back. I drove away with the car I wanted with only $1000 down. Take a look at Three Amigos Auto Sales they have everything from your gas savers to your suvs and full size vehicles. You won’t be disappointed!

Probably the worst experience I have had buying a car. They will make every promise necessary to make you get a car from them, but after you sign they will ignore you and even try to convince you to fix whatever is wrong with the car yourself. I even tried to talk with the GM of this place, but all she did was brag about how no one else was above her and that I was just wasting my time. A friend had a very similar experience with them too. Dont buy here. Bad business and even worst management. I can guarantee you will end up regretting giving them your business.

DO NOT SHOP FOR A VEHICLE HERE!!!! A family member of mine purchased a Ford F-150 from this place and the transmission already whent out 2 weeks into the purchase ! We tried to take back the truck at the first sign of failure a week into the purchase and they denied anything wrong with it! Now the truck is broken down in our driveway and now three amigos is saying we are stuck with the truck. They are not helping with resolving the issue of a bad vehicle or lemon. We were with in warranty during the time of the issues and now three amigos is treathening to take us to court!!?? MORE LIKE THREE SCAM ARTIS for taking hard working peoples money..... At first everything was okay Martin has excellent customer service when getting you into purchasing a vehicle for the first time I was so happy and exited but little did I know I was lied to I asked for the carfax and it showed my vehicle had no prior accidents but that was a huge lie I even asked is the car clean are you sure and Martin said yes liar I recently found out that my car has been work on before how I found out well I had no choice but to run over a construction latter the bumper was damaged and also the tail pipe but to make a long story short my car cant be repair because it has a lot of work done a Mikey mousse is what they call it it sucks know Im wondering how can these children of Satan sleep at night knowing all the fraudulent acts they had made my advice to you is to take an expert and make sure your vehicle is functional and all that they promise is true
