Pick up Rx after Emer visit.

When we used this location in the last it was the few open in this town and even though not the best. It was open and I got my nausea medication while sick and feeling like death. They were open.

On 4/14/2921 around 10 am I called them. The chicks in the pharmacy need to chill with their attitudes. I called to find out some information on my pain medication and the broad has the nerve to get huffy with me like Im disturbing her....if you dont like your job thats fine but you dont need to be rude to people with disabilities trying to get information on their meds. Totally unprofessional....but again what should I expect from cvs

I go here often; but this is this first time me going here at night after work . I came to get some hair dye and it took me awhile to pick a color. The security guard checked on me multiple times and it gave me anxiety so I ended up buying grey hair dye because I felt rushed. ( my hair looks great by the way ) . Anyways probably won’t be coming back here; or at night at least. I’m used to this treatment as a colored person. But if you’re gunna check up on me while I shop at least try to do it discreetly, so I can shop in peace! Thanks

Ive been going to this pharmacy for over 5 years now quite frequently tonight I got the rudest person Ive ever had on the window he proceeded to make me wait about 10 minutes and then come back and humiliate me I hope this is not the future of what their employees are going to bring be

This a good pharmacy because its open 24 hours and you could find everything you need here.

I’m a bartender, with that comes late nights. So usually I go to Walgreens down the street to do some shopping and walk around so I can get tired. I was out of PMs so I grabbed my PMs took a couple and put them in the cart. I noticed you guys have a great variety of Japanese make up brands (some I haven’t seen before) so I took my time looking at them. I don’t see them often so I thought that was amazing. However, the manager on shift followed me to every single isle watched every single move I made and it made me so uncomfortable. I know this is Modesto and I know that theft is a huge problem, but I felt so targeted. There were about 4+ other people in this store and I felt singled out. What really led me to this review though, I was picking out some succulents for my son and I and as I glance to my left this same manager is literally hanging over the counter just to stare at me and watch my every move. At that point I just grabbed the succulents I wanted and cashed out because I felt singled out and extremely uncomfortable. As I was paying I noticed some wipes which are extremely hard to find right now. I have a toddler, I asked for 3 packs since they were small 18 ct packs of wipes and was told only ONE. A big pack I can understand. But the little packs? Come on now. 3 would equal half of a big pack. I know people have a job to do but this made me feel so uncomfortable and singled out and that is not ok. I AM a PAYING customer: I expect to be treated as such and stalking me in the store because YOU THINK I look young and it’s late is NOT ok at least give me the respect of being discreet.Thanks for reading this CVS but I probably won’t give you my business again. Better training for this employee would be great. 3 stars for the great selection of make up that I would love to shop without being stalked 💕

We have been waiting in line for over 30 minutes to pick up a prescription that has already been filled. It is obvious to me that the “one” person that is working in this pharmacy is absolutely not being provided the adequate staffing or the resources to successfully deliver quality customer service.

Love this CVS. Staff is always friendly and they provide excellent service. They have always asked about how my son is and how the family is. Feels like a real neighborhood store.

Is it even a pharmacy still if they cant fill prescriptions because theyre on probation yet again?

April 24, around 11:40 am when I called the store to see if they have available alcohol. I was surprised with the way they handle phone inquiries.. It was so rude and very unprofessional. Among the 3 CVS stores here in Modesto that I called to inquire, it was only that lady from Carpenter Road store who gave me a very unpleasant response. I attempted to ask for her name but she hanged up instead.

Apparently they dont have a public restroom. I dont know if they assumed that I wasnt a customer didny want to let me use it or they just dont have one. Either way thats not accommodating for people especially when theyre out working in the field and they need to access a public restroom. I will not be shopping at this place ever again

My family and I have been regular loyal customers here for years. Recently, service has been horrific. Manners and decency have gone out the window. I have been left no choice but to chose a better pharmacy. I cant deal with the errors they make.

My family has trusted CVS pharmacy for many years and I believe them too be far better than any other pharmacy in town .So I give them 4 stars

This place is absolutely terrible and Mrs. Mable that is so rude with no type of customer service but self centered selfishness shouldnt be trusted with any sick persons care she has the absolute worst attitude. She literally asked me why I continue to come to CVS on mchenry... shocked with her response I told her they are the only 24 hrs CVS in the area maybe she should consider working at another CVS that closes sooner that will accommodate her self centered schedule. Lol once she discovered the insurance I had was not willing to help me. Also told me my urologist has put a prescription in for tamiflu 😂 Until the kind pharmacist acknowledged her that it was in fact a different medication. I hope they will try and hire new people that actually care that people are sick not just turning them away. Mable should be re trained or let go 💁🏻 Sorry you are that terrible doll! What alot of ppl fail to realize pharmacy is always gunna be busy always ppl comming in and demanding. Pharmacy techs go through alot making sure their not giving you the wrong prescription, making phone call to your insurance, doctor, hospital ect not just for you buy everybody else that gets their prescriptions there. And when ppl demand and get attitude of course techs are gunna get mad cuz their doing so much as it is and when you get so many disrespectful people you get tired of it and might snap alil..

They got good deals. Everyone is very friendly. The only thing that bugs me is that there is always a long line. Sometimes weve waited waited 40min just to pick up our medication.

I have never been so disappointed in my life. Dealing with rude employees in retail or the food industry is easy to ignore and go about your day. But to deal with the insensitivity of the employees at this location was heart wrenching. I have a 1 year old that got sick with a fever, ear infection, and throat sores. He was in pain and crying non-stop over the holidays. I normally go to CVS on Hatch but was worried I wouldnt make it time before closing. I called and got nothing but rudeness from the start. He basically told me that my baby isnt special, that there is other sick babies as I try to explain my situation. He had such a so what, I dont care type of attitude. No sympathy what so ever! Im sorry but babies should not have to wait 12 hours for a prescription. As Im on hold to speak to someone else, I head to the CVS on Hatch to try and make it in time. Im 2nd in line at 9pm (when they close). The 2nd person I speak to was a little better but still rude, no apology for the other employee or horrible wait time. You are dealing people that need help, if you are in this profession you must at least have compassion. I was so upset that I break down crying in the CVS drive through window on Hatch. Can you say embarrassing? And my son is screaming in the backseat. I pull myself together enough to tell them what happened. They apologized for what happened and filled my prescription in minutes. A night on antibiotics can make a huge difference. It was still a painful night for him but today he was eating and playing again! Im so grateful for the pharmacist and employees at the CVS on Hatch that understand when it is necessary to speed up a prescription. This was not the first time they did this for my son. They are the best. I will never try to go to the pharmacy on Mchenry again.

Had my medicines transferred from the Hatch store, called in spoke to the pharmacist, he was rushing me and was a bit terse. Got the answer my meds were not transferred properly to the store and I had to call back. Called back a couple days after and again I got the same pharmacist and he was terse and reminded me twice that he had ten people waiting on hold and I asked him, so you’re saying that you don’t have time?, he then repeats again about his ten calls, basically euphemizing he had no time for me. This is the way you treat your customers CVS pharmacy?

When I dropped it off at 9pm Stacy said it wouldnt be filled until 1am. Im picking up an antiobitic and numbing agent for a bladder infection. I have Aeorticstenosis and something as simple as a bladder infection can kill me because of my congenital heart deffects. I called at 9am this morning to verify I wont have a copay with my insurance. She could not verify they accepted my type of insurance over the phone which Ive never had an issue with from any doctors office, specialists, hospital or pharmacy. Im a broke college student. Ubering to the pharmacy will break my bank until my next paycheck! I cant afford to go if I cant gaurentee they even take my insurance! Most hassle Ive had from a pharmacy. I feel no compassion or human consideration. I wont return.

The worst Pharmacy first I call to make sure its open before driving 20 minutes away for a 24 hrs pharmacy he said it was. I get there and the pharmacist tells me the cant fill it till tomorrow, really? That was the reason I called . Rude didnt even bother to apologize looked like he wanted just to leave.never will go here again.

Just dont select this pharmacy to claim your meds. That will be the biggest mistake.They never have the right meds, they call you to pick up you meds and when you show up they have nothing and the stupid answer they will give you is sorry apparently we call you too early and then the meds are the wrong ones. Hate this place

Terrible Pharmacy, horrible service from Pharmacist!! Came out of ER at 2am to pick up some prescriptions that were called in from Manteca. Prescriptions were not ready and was told they wouldnt be ready until 9am from a 24 hr pharmacy. Was also told they were out of pain meds. Unacceptable considering I just left the ER and had no other options at that time. I cant believe they are still in business. Corporate needs to know how terrible their location and business ethics are and shut them down!

Check your meds! My pregnant wife was supposed to get simple antibiotics and instead was given pain meds (tramodol). Luckily shes a nurse and spotted the med error, but the average person may not have noticed. You guys really need to check what you do. People, and unborn babies can get hurt.

Needed get tdap shot for my 7th grader .Associate in pharmacy told me could come n hour yo get shot n 5 were available at 9pm ..went st 6am pharmacist didnt want to bother with it looked me in my face never left counter said they were all out .called at 11am associate says Yes we have 4 in stock ..Really inconvenienced because Pharmacist didnt care

FYI people the bathroom here closes at 9:30pm!Im sure this is some sort of security thing but, closing a bathroom in a 24hr store?! WTH?!

Why do you tell me a specific time to pick up my prescription but never have the prescription ready at the time you specified? This has been a reoccurring issue. I want to use your services, but this seems to be routine now despite the employees apologies.

The CVS, just like every other CVS, takes forever to fill prescriptions and failed to tell you do you have to have people on the list in order to pick up certain prescriptions for them. How am I supposed to get the person that just had surgery down here with their ID in order to pick up their prescriptions that they need? I am so tired of CVS Pharmacy and will never give them my business again.

Last night I met one of the rudest pharmacists Ive ever met he shut the window right in my face while I was still talking, sour face as well apsalutly horrible man there last night. This man doesnt even deserve one star. RUDE!!!

Pharmacists here cant tell time. Told me 30 mins. 2 hours later, still not ready.
