The management is so friendly the place is great clean affordable my only complaint is they should stay open later

I have had my things stored there for the last 3 years now. They have taken every action one can do about mice/rats. Many bait boxes around the facility, I opened my unit once and found a dead rat. None of my things were damaged form the little rodent getting in there.If you do not tell the manager of a problem, they can not fix it. I check up on my things once every three months.

I love this storage facility Mary is a wonderful nice manager and pat is knowledgeable and nice.during the fire they had there they were kind kept updates as they had them I havent had any issues with my unit there and the prices are reasonable.

Would give them zero but not an option. We survived the fire they had there but unfortunately when went to go move stuff this weekend we found our unit was infested with mice. They pissed and pooped everywhere. When I went into office to talk to Mary and asked if she had anything that we could clean some salvageable stuff off she offered me gloves only. When I told her about the mess she said well you have insurance . Yes, I have insurance but I am not putting it in to mine. Oh the kicker they try their best about the rodents. But our unit had a hole in the sheetrock and she knew about it a long time ago. Now there are now two so they are going in units on at least each side of ours. I asked for corporate and she was like there really isnt anything they will do. She finally gave my husband the number. Pat was very helpful and efficient. Did a good job showing us different size storage and made the paperwork quick and simple.

This is a horribly run storage facility. I have had my storage broken into twice in less than a year. The facility requires you pay for insurance on your property then refuses to reimburse you if you dont have receipts for every item. Its a joke. Dont store your valuable here, they dont value your security.
